they’ve expanded the lineup of supported stores and it now includes pretty niche japanese platforms like recochoku onkyo usen and joysound because it’s a japanese company it can also push your lyrics to petitlyrics a japanonly lyrics provider that the japanese versions of kkbox and spotify basically depend on
If you care about japanese listeners actually seeing your lyrics having petitlyrics support is a huge deal on top of that this company is partnered with lyricfind so your lyrics will show up on youtube music instagram snapchat google and more it even supports synced lyrics normally there’s no realistic way for a regular user or an indie artist to send synced lyrics to lyricfind themselves but broccoli records will handle that for you at no extra cost
the ui is also one of the cleanest and coolest i’ve seen from any distributor anywhere
If I had to nitpick the whole interface is basically dark mode only there’s no light theme so it’s not exactly ideal if you’re trying to use it outside in bright sunlight but as long as that doesn’t bother you I honestly don’t see any real downside
I also really like that you can register your tracks with acr cloud directly from within the service!
Also, the JPY is very cheap now so it's reasonable for us foreigners
