They answered my questions quickly and graciously. Shipping was fast and well-packed and the product is very nice! The attachment hardware supplied with the pedal could have been more nicely sanded and finished to match the quality of the box and pedal itself, I will have to do that myself - and the supplied screws were poor quality. But overall, great purchase. Thanks

I have not received my instrument yet I have been prompted via email to do a review — so with that said, I will say that on my first call they were friendly but then when I started asking more questions (via email as encouraged) I could tell that the person I was emailing with was growing tired of me and my questions, which were not extensive nor crazy. I was merely needing some clarification before I made, what was a rather big purchase — especially since the instrument is new to me.

I will say the email communication on delivery updates is pretty decent. Apparently it arrives tomorrow.
