Dear Richmond, as we talked over the phone you can purchase this rice in all Persian grocery stores in Los Angeles. We have a lot of return customers which only choose this rice because they don't like Basmati. As we talked, Cooking this rice is totally different and you should follow the description below it's picture. However we refunded your money.
You said I'm happy and promised to revise your review.

A must that was missing from the United States!
The most wonderful Persian grocery store I have ever shopped from, and I have been to so many cities with Persian communities in the U.S and UK (including San Francisco, New York City, Baltimore, London, etc.). I have been to literal Persian grocery stores that claimed to have fresh stuff brought to them constantly, and none of them even comes close to Kalamala. Kalamala makes it so easy to choose and order, and they are beyond nice and helpful if you have any issues or questions. I bought Gaz, Sohan and lavashak (fruit leather) and they were all of amazing quality. They were super careful with packaging and my items arrived in wonderful shape. I cannot recommend this store more, especially for people who are fans of Persian cuisine!

I had a good experience with ordering from Kalamala. When an item was not available, they contacted me and discussed my options. Also, I had a perishable item ordered, but they contacted me and suggested to me to take out of my order since the shipping distance was far. They also responded quickly, respectfully, and friendly to an inquiry that I had through WhatsApp.
