I really like their customer service and I ordered the RWBY products and it was here on time and I had to email them how long it will arrive though

It's been like 2 years I wanted a restock of the Marco Diaz plush, in may I wrote a mail with despair to ask if they would put it on stock again, and with astonishment they answered positively to my demand.

Contrary to what has indicated on the website main page, it took only 4 days to be ship out and it came in 12 days to my hometown village in France.

For a fan-made plushie it's really looks durable and quality. The delivery fees are quit expensive though but I don't think they have their hands on it.

Good website ! I would totally order SVTFOE stuff on it again.

Recently discovered that the owner of this store is homophobic and transphobic. Will NOT ever be purchasing from here again.

I placed a small order on the 30th of October. On November 14th I inquired about delivery and received a rude response questioning my intelligence, and indicating he spent more time answering emails than packing orders. On 12/12 I inquired again, as Christmas is coming soon. Again Michael @ themysteryshack.com was hostile, stating "constant emails would not make my order any faster". I indicated I needed a ship date or my order cancelled. He cancelled my order and responded "all order ship by the 18th", something he could have easily said in response to my first email. Now my order is cancelled, for no real reason other than michael @ themysteryshack 's ego. Now I wait for a refund and am certain any inquiry about it will be met with hostility.

Great service, I ordered thing multiple times here and have spent over 50 dollars. Everything arrived in great condition. Although sometimes the stock goes low on things I'd like to buy such as a bill cipher coin and the bill cipher statue figure.
