I genuinely feel that I have received a fantastic service. Everybody went over annd above to make sure that my house sale was successful. As somebody who is blind, I can definitely say that they are happy to accommodate everybody's needs. I will definitely use the services of this company again In the future if I am doing another property sale.

So swift in their responses! I'm astonished by how quick they answered questions - whether your buying or selling I'd recommend them whole heartily. They also offer me great advice on how to make offers on properties.

Amazing. Karen and the team were a huge source of reassurance throughout an extremely stressful process which they made much much easier. They were completely trustworthy in every respect - I wouldn't use another estate agent if you paid me.

Karen and her team, were all easy to deal with fast and efficient handling of the marketing of the flat. So fast that it sold over the phone in 11 mins. and letters exchanged within 3 hours of the property going on the market. And at a price above expectations !!

Can't recommend Karan and her team highly enough. They were great assistance with both with the sale of my old property and purchase of my new one. As an offshore worker I was away for much of the process and they were very helpful as they took care of viewings when I was not available. She knows the market well and was always there to offer advice if required. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Good job!

I first spoke with Karen regarding a property she was advertising for sale. After a brief conversation, I realised I was speaking to a genuinely honest, extremely affable and knowledgable estate agent. The advice she gave me during that phone call was totally impartial and turned out to be entirely accurate. It made me completely rethink the timeline I had initially set for selling our own house. On a previous house sale, I'd used a local estate agent in Elgin and it had went very well. Naturally, I had planned to use the same local firm again. However, my initial experience with Karen was so positive I decided to follow my gut instinct and ask her to sell our house instead. I can say, without doubt, it was completely the right decision. Throughout the whole process Karen and her team were impeccable. The photographers she sent did a fantastic job, as did the solicitors she recommended. Karen is assuredly a people person and does everything she can to help guide potential buyers and sellers through the housing market minefield. This was very evident by the number of people viewing our property that commented on how lovely Karen had been with them and how refreshing it was. Obviously this mirrored and corroborated my own first impression of Karen. I know that she also spoke at length to the unsuccessful bidder on our house to help put them in a stronger position for the future. For me, Karens excellent interpersonal skills are what sets her apart from the other estate agents I've dealt with. These skills definitely were a major factor in making this such a successful house sale for us. There will always be inherent stress in moving home, but I can safely say that Karen made this move as stress free as possible. If I ever choose to move again, I will absolutely be giving Karen a call. I highly recommend K Allen Properties based on my own personal experience.
