Straightforward to deal with and always easy to get in contact with, Karen is as ambitious to get the best price possible for my home as I am.

Karen was thoroughly professional from photography to negotiations, and took all the pressure off me, the seller. Her service stands head and shoulders above others in terms of ease of communication with both seller and potential purchasers. Her reach is wide and she uses all media well, so I'm completely confident that no sale "got away".

I was struggling to find a house I could afford in orkney and being on Karen's mailing list helped me find an affordable property that I otherwise would not of found. She worked fast and made the process as quick and painless as signing a 30yr mortgage can be.

When it comes to selling your house it is nerve wracking for anyone. You are laid bare before a process most of us are unfamiliar with, yet have to engage with to find the most basic of human needs....a home.

My parents marketed the Edinburgh flat I live in with K Allan Properties. It sold in under a week with an offer on the table on day 1. All the viewings were arranged to suite me. It was stress free and I felt compelled to ask for guidance with what I should and shouldn’t say during viewings. The flats in our close that have gone on the market in the last few months have sold on or around asking. My parents flat sold for a huge amount offer asking. Karen was fantastic.

We purchased a property through K Allan and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them especially Lana who dealt with most of my calls. We'd had no experience with the scottish system but were guided through, encouraged and reassured. Even when we were unable to come up to view they went above and beyond to help us gather whatever information we needed. We were 800 miles away and had never met but were still taken seriously when some others treated us as dreamers and timewasters.

Karen is the hardest working estate agent you will find. She is available on the phone or by email all day, 7 days a week and strives to give her clients a stress free experience.

From start to finish Karen put our needs first.She was there anytime of day to answer emails and often would phone just to check in while our house was on the market to let us know how she was planning to promote its listing.No question seemed silly and she made the whole process as stressfree as possible. We had a bit of urgency selling our house and Karen had the listing up the same day she came and took pictues. She does not hang about! She has an eye for detail and had our house staged perfectly and resulted in a sale in just a few weeks. Would highly reccomend selling with Karen.
