Really lovely looking products for a better price from the competitor plus better material top. Very easy to order, and clear dates on the delivery expectation up front (4 weeks). Hugh delivery cost is my only drawback.

Don't trust the colours on the website
I ordered two wishbone chairs in Walnut and they arrived in the shade Oak which is the complete opposite colour.
I contacted them to change them or return them and they were extremely unhelpful saying that the shades can vary and I would have to pay the shipping fees to return them on top of the £30 shipping fee I had already paid.
The products shown are very misleading. I honestly don't understand why they would even show a shade that they do not offer and send another one, when it's obviously going to cause an issue like this.
