Kust purchased a Canon R5 + RF 100-500mm and swapped it with my old combination Canon 5DIII + 100-400 mark II lens. Had a perfect and smooth service from Fotoshop Nelissen, all went very well and as agreed. Only have the Camera R5 and RF 100-500mm lens, did tested for a few hours and it will be a game changed for me a s bird photographer. The animal eye tracking and the overall autofocus is really fast and fantastic for birds in flight images. Also the weight (compared with my other combination 1DX2 + 500 mm mark I lens) is a huge advantage for birds in flight images.

Yesterday visited the store of Kamera Express in Mechelen (B). Very helpfull and competent staff. Pleasant experience.

Went there to trade in my gear to buy an R5. 100% satisfied with an offer, so I ended up ordering the R5 which has arrived a few days later at my address. Great service, people are friendly and well educated in the field they operate. It was a pleasure to be there and to talk with them. Definitely a no1 place to source my gear in the future.

I decided to stop working with dslt and got myself a fixed lens camera : Panasonic FZ2000.
The staff in the store took ample time to guide me to the correct decision.
Kamera Express academy is for me also a big + as a refreshment course.

I am doing business with Kamera Express since 2019. Thousands of my savings were left there :) My experience is positive. They have good stock, the latest items arrive soon and the most important - prices are fair. They can overcharge some small items, but the 'real' things are fairly priced. Sometimes even cheaper than major online auction or shopping platforms. But where no one can beat them - warranty. For many items they offer 5 year warranty. Luckily, I still did not have to claim it, but certainly provides some safety after the factory warranty expires. The only I do not like - slow (if any) reply from the customer service and impression online and local shops seem like separate systems. If you want to buy from local shop, you can only reserve and pick in limited time. You cannot pay online and collect later. If you pay, this gets sorted by the main office in Netherlands and no way to stop the order and just take another one from your local store. I saw lens in stock in my local shop, paid online, went to collect it, but no... it was either buy another in the shop or wait for 4 days the same lens gets delivered to the shop from Netherlands. I ended buying two lenses as I wanted it right away. Luckily I did not have trouble of getting the refund when finally the other lens arrived to the shop the following week. All in all, happy to have Kamera Express in my neighborhood and wish them all the best!

The camera that I recently bought had a fault indication, without using it, I received a new one 👍😃

I was looking to buy a new camera and went there to check out some options. The staff was very helpfull in making a decision. The choice was between a Full frame DSLR and a Full frame system camera, and they recommended me in taking the "future proof option". I ended up buying a Sony A7RIVa and i'm glad i did, this camera is insane and i've loved every second of owning it! They also offer a 5 year extended warranty, which is awesome considering that the new toys you buy are also very expensive!

Looking after a new canon camera, I got full and professional explanation about the difference between the Mark IV and the Eos R camera in the Kamera Express shop Nelissen in Mechelen.
I got all prices and documentation about the lenses, they didn't push me at all. Finally, a week later , I decided and I bought my camera. I'm sure this is my Kamera Express shop for the years to come!

Good advice from knowledgeable personnel

I returned the product and sent it to the returns department. The cargo arrived on November 15th. today is 13th december but still no refund. I called customer service three times for this issue. I sent two e-mails but no reply

After some thinking, I finally decided to get the sony 200-600G lens. They helped me with my questions as always, would recommend!
