Kamera Express Reviews 

After using a Canon G12 for nine years, we were interested to start using a DSLR camera in parallel (as the G12 is still doing what it should). I previously bought the G12 at Foto Konijnenberg / Kamera Express, was very happy with the service, and therefore went back to Kamera Express for the new camera.
The Kamera Express team again took the time to give me good advice (my technical knowledge is quite limited) and I walked away with a Canon EOS 90d with two lenses; a Canon EFS 18-135mm lense and a Canon EF 50mm 1:1.8 lense. They helped me understand pro's and con's vs the EOS 6d taking into account my personal usage of the camera and we assessed lenses of other brands as well.
First impressions of the new camera are very promising, I'm looking forward to the new experience.

The day before black friday, I've ordered a new camera. After 1 hour, I received an e-mail with all shipping info and tracking links. Very good service! Recommended!

I wanted to replace my old Canon 550D with a Canon 90D + EF-S 17-55MM F/2.8. I went to the superstore in Ghent and was helped by Peter in a friendly and professional way. I am the type of buyer that reads the entire manual before buying, so I was well informed beforehand. Anyway it was nice that Peter didn't try to sell me something else, answered all my questions and confirmed my choice as ideal for my situation. The fact that everything was in stock was also a plus.

Having heard many good things about Kamera express, I decided to give them a shot rather than to order the camera I was getting for my wife’s birthday online.
Things took a turn very quickly when I entered the store and was welcomed by an employee who was almost forcing me to buy a camera I did not ask for.
After an hour of trying to get my camera, I gave in to the numerous forced sale tactics, resulting in the employee ordering a 800 euros sony a6000 online. I walked off and felt very uneasy by what had just happened and sick to my stomach, which got me to immediately turn back and request that he cancel the order. This happened seconds after the order was placed.
My reason for going to a store in person is to have the camera as I leave the store.
Unfortunately, my story with Kamera express Liege doesn’t end here as I did not even receive the camera and they claim it was delivered!!! This is one of the reasons I do not order online! I am now left with many problems to solve and a ruined birthday for my wife.

They had a lot of products in stock. Which is nice if you don’t like to wait like me. The staff knows what they are talking about and are very helpfull.

Upgraded from an EOS 200D to a 6D mk II and the difference is night and day.
Service was great, price was amazing and they really did come through on their next day delivery.

Already saving up for the next lenses.

I used these people for the first time to purchase a Nikon D780 body. The price was good and they had it in stock. They also despatched it very quickly - no problems there. However, they use UPS as their courier and quite frankly that is a BIG mistake! Delay after delay, and tracking information that was wrong or misleading - incompetence you just would not believe! So, in summing up, I would not contemplate purchasing from this company again while they continue use UPS (90% bad rating on Trustpilot!).

Very happy with the customer support I got at the Kamera Express store in Antwerp. Clear and trustworthy explanations and they even checked the site of a competitor because they didnt have the item in stock anymore. Bought a Canon eos RP camera there and have no regrets. Works perfectly fine.

I had a great shopping experience with the Kamera Express. I had been planning to buy an R5 camera for a long time, and when I saw their summer promotion, I called customer service. They patiently guided me. They provided me with good facilities for ordering and payment. I wanted to pick up the camera myself from the store. All coordination was done. They were very friendly and kind in the store. They guided me. They answered my questions and made buying my dream camera a lovely experience for me.

My Tamron 150-600 G2 was faulty. After being sent back for repair, it came back with the same problem. So Kamera Express offered to replace it with a new one. Unfortunately the product was not available at the moment. This means I was left without a working lens for almost 3 months... Anyway I appreciated what Kamera Express did

Excellent service @ the store in Gent. Good explanation. Only remark is that the agent didn't mention all the possibilities of package advantages.

I bought the Sony sel 70-200 f.2.8 in the store in gent , friendly and nice employees.

After 1 month with the Sony a7 iii, I decided it was time to invest in some better glass.
I looked at all the different options and decided the Sony FE 24-105 f/4 was the lens to buy!
The lens has brilliant scharpness and the fixed apeture off f/4 in combination with the in-body stabilization works great even in low light!

ordered in the late evening and the next day, the camera was already deliverd nicely packed in a neutral box.

Good First Buying Experience with Kamera Express.

In general, I would have given 5 Stars to Kamera Express because I bought a camera body on a Sunday and got it really fast and in a good protected and tracked packaging. Everything was fine for this and I won't hesitate to order future products on Kamera Express.

But, I'm giving 4 Stars because the Camera Body I ordered was actually delivered in a Kit Box, with the kit lens removed from it. It means that someone openened my camera box before me to take something from it and also the kit box is much bigger than the Body box which is taking more space. I would like these kind of information written on the article description if it's the case.
