J ai commandé un objectif le jeudi et je l'ai reçu parfaitement le mardi suivant!....5 jours ouvrables comme promis.....malgré certains commentaires que j ai lu, mon expérience est parfaite.

I visited Kamera-Express in Luxembourg.
Kamera-Express does not actually buy back the equipment but offers a "voucher for" to buy a product in their store but in which you can find few cameras but many accessories.
Their buy-back price is 50% of the Argus! Outrageous!
In addition, the equipment put on sale must be completely clean, CCD sensor included and if they fail to clean it, they do not take back the used equipment, whether it is 3 years old, 10 years old or 50 years old...
They also claim to make a price if you sell with a combined purchase, it is false and misleading.
As for purchases, even what is in stock is not and is shipped from a foreign country and therefore it lasts and lasts, generally more than a week to get it !
The shipping notices are sent in German, even if you order in French.
Finally, their prices are not competitive.
In short, they are expensive or underpay under certain conditions, flexibility of service 0.
To do again? No. Besides, I have not sold anything from them and will not buy anything from them again.

J'ai visité Kamera-Express au Luxembourg.
Kamera-Express ne rachète pas réellement le matériel mais offre un "bon pour" pour acheter un produit dans leur magasin mais dans lequel on trouve peu d'APN mais beaucoup d'accessoires.
Leur prix de rachat est à 50% de l'argus ! Scandaleux !
De plus, le matériel mis en vente doit être totalement propre, capteur CCD compris et s'ils ne parviennent pas à le nettoyer, ils ne reprennent pas le matériel d'occasion, qu'il ait 3 ans, 10 ans ou 50 ans...
Ils prétendent aussi faire un prix si on vend avec achat combiné, c'est faux et mensongé.
Quant aux achats, même ce qui est en stock ne l'est pas et est expédié depuis un pays étranger et donc ca dure et ca dure, généralement plus d'une semaine pour l'obtenir !
Les avis d'expédition sont envoyés en allemand, même si on commande en français.
Enfin, leurs prix ne sont pas compétitifs.
Bref, ils sont chers ou sous-payent sous conditions, souplesse du service 0.
A refaire ? Non. D'ailleurs je n'ai rien vendu chez eux et n'y acheterai plus rien.

I ordered a charger for my camera because it broke during my vacations in France. The package was supposed to come in 2-3 business days, but didn’t. Now I had no chance to use my (expensive) camera, which makes me very sad. When reading the reviews I can see I’m not the only one waiting longer.

Friendly client service but apparently completely incompetent administration. They advertised a second-hand Leica Lens and a 10% discount on their website but it was impossible to get the discount when you got to the payment stage. I kept insisting and they sent me a payment link which I used immediately and paid via Paypal. On my account I could see that they registered my order - but not with the correct delivery address. Since then I have called twice to get it changed but this morning it is still showing the wrong address. When I called yesterday they asked me for a proof of payment and I sent them a screenshot of my confirmation from Paypal. No response. I was never asked for a proof of payment before anywhere after using Paypal.
This isn't e-commerce - it resembles more the work of internet fraudsters.
Have ordered from them before and the experience w a lot better. But for this order (almost €5.000) they screw it up completely and I don't know if I ever get my lens. Super disappointing. The client service is friendly but they seem helpless given the administration appears to be totally incompetent

I bought a Manfrotto backpack, the delivery was quick and very professional. I am very satisfied with the description of the bag and what I received as a result of my purchase.

I ordered GPO binoculars 8 x 42, and they have been delivered in a very short time (3 days) without any issue
I asked for the invoice I didn't received, and I get it in a day.

Superb customer service and communication. Very happy with the items.

I placed an order #10960567 for some items (different photo paper) half of the order came after 2 weeks at the good address, the other half after 1 month at a different address. Even i was not at the address where the second half was sent i did recive an email the order was delivered. I wrote an email to kamera express to ask where is my order and why i do not have an invoice, not on email, not on my account.. i asked also for an invoice. After 1 week from the email i still have no answer, no invoice for this order. Run away from this company!!!

it is an excellent camera. KameraExpres delivered to me in Romania. They are super prompt and reliable. They advised me every step of the way. I'm sure I'll be back with shopping.
