I discovered Digixo while searching for a specific flash softbox related item. To be honest I was not familiar with any French companies at the time. The product I wanted is not available in the UK and I was purchasing from the UK.
I did find the same item in Germany, but it was more expensive, and the postage cost was nearly three times higher. In addition that retailer required bank transfer which I prefer to avoid.
By contrast I found the Digixo website very easy to navigate and the purchasing process using a credit card was straightforward and reassuring. Although the item was initially not in stock, Digixo advised a delivery time of 7–12 days. In practice, they were much quicker and dispatched the item within 5 days.
The postage and packaging were excellent. The parcel arrived intact, and the item was brand new, genuine, and fitted perfectly. It was also reassuring to see that Digixo offers both email and telephone contact options if needed.
Overall, Digixo fully deserves 5 star feedback for a superb buying experience. I would strongly recommend them, particularly for customers like myself purchasing from abroad, including the UK.

I echo what most others are warning about. I placed an order for a lens, tried twice to pay with my credit card, each time my bank verification webpage confirmed the payment was validated, but Digixo's website claimed it was refused by my bank. Shortly after, I received a warning from the card issuer saying they blocked it for safety measure because of a suspect activity on the merchant's side. I had the worst time re-activating it and making sure no illegitimate payment was made.

I tried to contact Digixo's service several times, but they never replied.

I was a bit anxious because it was my first order from Digixo and there were a few mixed reviews.

I ordered a Tamron 35mm f/1.4 lens, (which was available at the time of order). Although shipment was to a different country (from France to Greece), package arrived very quickly. Lens was as expected, brand new and at a perfect working condition.

They also supply EU invoices, which is great.

In my experience, Digixo is a bit slow in answering messages, but I would definitely buy again in the future. Very pleased

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM DIGIXO. I ordered an item that they did not tell me was not in stock, after I paid they told me. After many weeks waiting I want a refund but cannot get any communication or money. Be warned.

The overall ordering and delivery process is very satisfied. Product in high quality and comparably lower price. Very recommended.

Customer service at Digixo is non-existent. I am interested in purchasing quite an expensive telescope from Digixo (over €3000). I sent them an e-mail with a few practical questions regarding the item, delivery etc. They didn’t bother to reply, not even an acknowledgement of my mail. Two follow on e-mails went un-replied by Digixo. Hardly the actions of a company keen to make a sale and support their customers. Certainly does not inspire confidence in this company - who need to significantly improve their customer service experience. Please reply to your customers Digixo!!!!! I will post an update, if Digixo bother to reply and of experience is more positive, I will reflect that.

Dishonest website, in my experience with this site, you can't trust them. If you have any claim with your order, nobody take care of it, they won't answer your email. One item was missing at the delivery and yet they don't seem to want to refund me the missing item.
