Nice and friendly staff and quick service

Purchased a Canon Pixma G650 for the best price on the current market. That’s five stars. Communication was correct : five stars. Delivery wasn’t as Swift as promised but we’re spoiled. 2-3 days : five stars. Printer : wysiwyg-colors and perfect quality. Scanner functions well and setup was a breeze. Individual inktanks so I expect to cut my printing cost by a lot ! Five stars !

Good company but sometimes slow customer service which could use improvement

Staff in the Amsterdam shop are very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. It was a great experience to come and try out several binoculars with staff providing several options that may be suitable for what i was looking for and never rushing, even when there were people waiting.
Great shop with great and varied products and great advice! I highly recommend.

I went to the KE store in Utrecht. I was well received, and the employee (Erik) supported the process perfectly. I was exchanging 4 lenses for 1 new lens and 1 teleconverter. I really felt comfortable during this, felt free to walk around, to ask questions, and to have some small talk. Also, I received the compensation for my lenses that I was promised, so there were no negative experiences at all. Really appreciated this visit, and I am so happy with my new lens and teleconverter. I ordered the lens yesterday in the store, and today I received the teleconverter via mail (as it was not in stock in Utrecht). Wonderful and quick. Thank you KE and see you next time, for sure.

They said an item would arrive in 4 days. Over a month later it eventually arrived. I have spent much of that time trying to get answers from them about what was wrong, then asking for a refund when it became clear it was lost somewhere. I've had to raise a dispute with my bank to get the money refunded through them and I wait over a week to get a reply from them every time. Maybe a good company in Netherlands but DO NOT use if you are purchasing from the UK. By far the worst customer service I've ever had and I've bought stuff from random merchants in Asia! Just a total lack of respect. I've been out of pocket for 5 weeks and they still refuse to just refund me. I will never use them again and feel other photographers should be aware of their dodgy tactics.

Ordered 3 Products with the main product the Canon R3 through their Irish website. All arrived securely within the advertised shipping time. I had a couple of questions before order, and they were quick to reply. I have to agree with another reviewer that the Irish Website needs to be updated, Some of the contact details do not work, and links are dead too. However, I contacted them through the main website in The Netherlands and I found them very helpful. I can recommend them, great service, support, and good online prices.

Almost a month ago we ordered a Olympus MFT 75/300mm and a Panasonic Lumix G70 at the shop in Amsterdam.
Great advice: the staff really explained all (dis)advantages of several options. Especially, the lady two days before we bought everything. Short explaination of the camera as well. Great. Very friendly and skiled staff.
