I bought the Sigma 60-600 mm zoomlens for my Nikon D850. The lens is great for sports and nature photography. Price/quality is very good, delivery was quick.

Lately, Kamera Express has been disappointing me. And they did it again. I ordered a product that on their website said it would arrive the next day. I paid for the product, the order was confirmed and the next day, instead of receiving the product, I received an email saying that they don't have the product in stock and they will deliver it to me in 13 days :)). I told them to cancel my order and give me my money back. Of course, I will receive the money in only 5-10 days. I wonder if it's not possible for me to buy a camera from them and pay them in 5-10 days?

Friendly staff at the store in Arnhem. And a competative offer, because when I showed a lens was offered cheaper at bol.com they agreed to sell me the lens for the same price.

EOS R7 camera is great: lightweight, great autofocus and fast shooting at a high framerate. The shuttersound is a bit loud compared to my R5 shutter and does sound a bit 'cheap', but hey, it's a cheaper camera. Nice to have the 1.6 crop factor with my rf100-500 mm zoom. That's comparable with an 800 mm on a fullframe camera and for wildlife photography this extra reach is very relevant.

Together with the RF S 18-150mm, the camera becomes very lightweight and portable and less initmidating than using my R5 with a RF 24-100 f4, because the lens looks much smaller. Nice for travel and regular use.

Paired with a RF 14-35 f4 the set is still lighter and smaller than EOS R with a RF 24-100 f4. I use is as a second camera for wider angle shooting when shooting CU portraits with my R5 with RF 70-200 2.8. Allthough the R7 is not a fullframe camera I like it a bit better than the EOS R, because the autofocus is so fast and accurate.

Handling of the EOS R7 is a bit awkward, because of the new position of the rear wheel, butting I am getting used to it...

The quality of the camera is really super. Small and compact and easy to use. We chose the lens Sony SEL 18-105mm F/4.0 OSS Powerzoom E-mount
this one is really multifunctional. With this lens you can shoot all sharp but also with micro photography.
With this lens combined with the vlog camera, you can also use this camera as a video just fine. We are happy with the wide choice of camera equipment. This is exactly the combination we were looking for!

Ordered a camera and two lenses, with everything set to go perfectly well. I received all of my order except the camera body the next day. The staff at the Arnhem store were very helpful and nice in organizing for me the trade-in of my old gear as well.

After calling and emailing support staff for nearly a week after my supposed delivery time elapsed, getting back discrepant accounts of where my order was (the camera body), I was finally informed that even though it said "In Stock, 1 to 4 days" at checkout, the product was after all no longer in stock, and they were waiting on an external supplier. In the end I received my order two weeks late with a simple apology "this can happen, we're sorry". I would have liked to see a bit more effort to first of all inform me of the delay, instead of me having to call multiple times and find out that way. I would also have liked to see them offer something for the serious inconvenience, whether that be a free/ reduced price sensor cleaning, camera insurance, etc.

I say serious inconvenience because based on the information I got when I completed checkout, I should have gotten my order within the next next 4 days. With this information, I made plans for using the camera 3 days after I was supposed to receive it (in case of a small delay). Turns out I was left without a camera and two persons were left without pictures of them / their events, which was very disappointing.

All this to say, the prices are great, the staff at physical store locations is very nice and helpful, but a rework of their inventory reporting system and a serious rework of their phone / email support staff is necessary. Overall I'm very happy with the products, and I would recommend Kamera-Express, but be very careful if your products are not "In Stock" at a physical store location.

I was given good advice and were allowed to test the camera in the store. The shop assistant was very kind and helpful and advised me about different accessories I was interested in. Didn't matter to him that it was about time to close the doors; he just answered every question I had very calm, kindly en with lots of knowledge (didn't push to sell a camera).

I just bought this camera R8 for professional legal vlog services. I am not a frequent system camera user, but I am impressed by the options and quality of the video's so far. The camera is light and very easy to use. Kamera Express people, both in Amsterdam and Utrecht were very friendly and did provide me with a lot of useful information.
