I was particularly impressed with Kavisha, who was assigned to our case. She was absolutely lovely to deal with and really put the effort into screening the candidates, so that we only got through people that might be suitable for the role. She was also great at following up, and initially taking time to really understand the brief.

What a breath of fresh air Adam at Kamro has been!
In this current climate, filling vacancies has been impossible. We’ve tried traditional recruitment agencies and the likes of Indeed, etc., but these wasted much of my time.
Kamro reached out via email, and I contacted them in a last-ditch attempt.
I am happy that I did—excellent communication throughout the process and high-quality candidates Adam had thoroughly vetted before they arrived for the interview.

Allowed Kamro to extend their offering as they had failed to secure a candidate to fit our criteria despite promises. Since then we had one applicant (which didn't fit our full criteria either) and this one had been out of work for 6+ months a didn't attend the telephone consultation. There were no other candidates. Complete waste of time and money. Contract ended
