Super helpful and friendly staff. Fitted me in for a last minute flu vaccination when all local pharmacies were out of stock.
It is so rude to put you in a holding system for a call to have a message after 15 minutes stating there is no-one to take your call and then cutting you off. It is a disgraceful way to treat your paying customers. It is about time someone sorted this out.

Fantastic service from Beaconsfield chemist. I arrived first thing in the morning to enquire about the availability for a flu jab. The lovely lady, asked me to wait a few minutes and then gave me the jab. Brilliant. In the current climate when flu jabs are in demand and supplies have been low this was fantastic service. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Called in to enquire about having a flu vaccination as I had been let down by Boots and was lucky to call in on a day where they were able to accommodate me for the walk in service in Bolton Road, Eastbourne, so was able to have my jab done there and then. Very professional person did my vaccination, didn't feel the jab being done, had no side effects and no sore arm either. Very pleased with the service and will definitely book with them for next year's jab. Thank you.

I have been diagnosed with shingles in my eyes which is extremely painful and irritating. The prescription I was given was for antibiotic tablets and eye drops. When I presented my prescription at Kamsons Durrington I was told they would have to order the eye drops for 10am the next day. Which is Saturday. We went to collect at 11am on Saturday only to be told my prescription wasn’t ready and could I return in half an hour. When I returned I was told that the item ordered was incorrect and that I would have to wait until Monday morning after 10.30 to get my medication. So I now have to suffer for a further 2 days. If anyone has this problem they will know how painful and uncomfortable it is. To be left like this with no help or offer of assistance or an apology I find appalling. Shame on you Kamsons. I will never use you again.

I have to phone Hailsham pharmacy every month to get a repeat script for controlled medication, have done this for a few years. But for past year or so my call is never ever answered under 15 mins,no matter what time of day and more frequently the call gets terminated at 16 mins and I have to start again. Becoming more frequent that I have to wait at least 30 to 40 mins before the phone is picked up. One time I stayed on the phone,got in the car and drove to the pharmacy. When I got there, still on phone, no customers in the shop and staff chatting, my call going unanswered!!! I was livid to say the least. Today I am writing this while waiting for someone to answer and I have been waiting for 32 mins with one termination as ' no-one available to take the call' !!?? Every single month I go through the same infuriating rigmarole.

Telephoned Kamsons re a flu jab and was advised that I could be given the jab as soon as I called in. Staff were really efficient and helpful. From phoning to receiving the jab took 15 mins. Excellent service and highly recommended. Thanks

I was given the wrong medication.
Instead of 200mg I was given 500mg and luckily I have been medication trained.
I was informed that there was going to be a investigation in to why I got the wrong medication but I have not heard anything back from them yet This is Kamsons Pharmacy Redhill

Complete balls up.Private covid jab (£88).Given by trainee who looked about 17.I think it may have been her first ever injection.She had clearly not been very well trained.She looked very nervous.Felt 2 or 3 needle pricks,then felt the liquid running down my arm.Was told that the needle had fallen off.Then confusion as to what to do next.The nurse rang a more senior pharmacist who recommended giving 2/3 of another covid injection.Quite a bit of bleeding from all the needle holes,so much so that the nurse asked if I was on blood thinners (I am not).Will not be returning there!
Excellent administration, appointment in time and pharmacist friendly and professional.
