The single worst experience in the history of airport parking. We waited 2 hours for our car to turn up and received no apology and you can’t even ring them as nobody picks up. The company is run by absolute thugs. Please do not use this company ever. Car was also damaged and smelt like burning rubber and the clutch was smoking
Disappointing and untrustworthy
We waited 45 mins for the ‘meet & greet’ service at LHR T3 during the drop
Off. Whilst away for two nights the car was moved three times and on Sunday left in a residential parking bay behind the Thistle Hotel during the day.
On return I was advised the car would be ready ‘within twenty minutes’, however it ended up being 45 mins again. When I rang to ask how much longer it would be, I was told it would be a ‘few minutes’, however I knew the car was at least 10 mins away, because I could see its location. One thing to be held up or delayed in traffic, but different to be clearly misled.
During booking it is also not made clear that you have to pay the parking fees at drop off and collection - so add £10-15 on to your quote.
A final parting gift was a used tissue in between the drivers seat and the door.

Extremely bad experience, avoid! The driver was 40 min late in delivering our car upon our return. Called and complained. The man on the other side was not apologetic at all and had a mouth like a swine. The company is also trading as VIP meet and greet heathrow on price comparison sites, run by a few thugs.
AVOID !!!!
Awful service, I had to call numerous times BOTH arriving and exiting the airport to see where they were, each call a different excuse was made or ‘five minutes away’.
I had to wait 40+ minutes arriving and nearly an hour returning for the car!!
No apology for either times.

Terrible Experience with Kangaroo Parking at Heathrow Airport
I recently used Kangaroo Parking's meet and greet service at Heathrow Airport, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. I want to share my experience to warn others about the appalling service I received.
Arrival Issues:
• Despite following instructions to call 20 minutes before arrival, our call was only answered once we had already reached the airport. This resulted in a long wait for the driver and an additional £17 car park charge.
• After passing security, we received several confused phone calls from the team asking who we had given the keys to, where our car was, and why it was still parked in the car park. This was highly distressing as we were about to board a 12-hour flight, not knowing where our car was or who had it.
Return Journey Issues:
• Upon our return, we followed the instructions to call after collecting our luggage and were told it would take 25 minutes for our car to arrive. However, it took over an hour and a half for the car to be delivered, which is completely unacceptable, especially at 5:30 am on a cold and wet morning.
• During this time, we received several calls from the driver with inconsistent and inaccurate information about the car's location and arrival time.
The reason people choose meet and greet services is to avoid the cold and time-consuming journey to long-stay parking. In our case, using long-stay parking would have been an hour quicker than our experience with Kangaroo Parking.
I have written to Kangaroo Parking several times requesting a refund and have been repeatedly ignored. This level of service is unacceptable, and no one should have to endure such stress at the start and end of their holiday.
I strongly advise against using Kangaroo Parking's meet and greet service at Heathrow Airport. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable option.

The worst ever service. this company should not be allowed to operate in this country. They were very very late collect our vehicle on arrival and on return they were also very late, and are very very rude on the phone. When you call, they keep telling you they will be there in 20 min. ADVICE, Dont use them, they are not worth any money

We nearly missed our flight out because their driver went to the wrong terminal. Then, on our return, we had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for the car. They usually don't answer their phone and then they lie about the driver being on his way. Do Not Use them!

I booked via Parkos a “company” named kangaroo parking for Heathrow Terminal 5. whilst all seemed promising at the start in that there were no delays in waiting for the valet and that he seemed friendly enough all good things stop here!!! whilst away on our 5 day trip we returned to an absolutely filthy car (bird droppings and tree sap - which has actually permanently marked the paint on my vehicle) and a missing dash cam which was spotted right away. called both numbers: +44 7915 766342 and 07413 818425. kangaroo parking denied any knowledge of this. In correspondence they deny removing the dash cam. they say none of their valets touch the inside of the cars. LIES. my dash cam was hardwired to my car and it would have taken manipulation and some force to remove this from the cradle. and it begs one to wonder why they removed this in the first place??! What exactly are these people hiding?! from tracking my car whilst I was away it appears my car was parked off stanwell moor road in or around Heathrow plane spotting grounds. The Met police have confirmed that my call to them wasn’t the first of its kind. that these “unsavoury characters” are well known for these types of acts operating at Heathrow (and I suspect all other major UK airports). I reached out to Parkos for help in this matter but they’re unable to assist past a certain point and are unable to do anything beyond communication with Kangaroo parking. unfortunately for Parkos by association with Kangaroo parking drags their name through the mud. I’ve mentioned to all Tom D**k and Harry (including the postman, mechanic and electrician since our return home ) to NEVER book through Parkos, or indeed kangaroo parking. I’m not a wealthy person, I work hard to pay for small luxuries such as meet and greet and a short break away and to return to something missing from my car with no offer of recompense, in fact feigning ignorance, is absolutely disgusting. I also don’t understand why there aren’t any brits operating these meet and greets who are actually able to speak the English language clearly.

No Show for car pick up, no pick up of calls, complete scam. Paid for a week, after no show had to use an alternate parking company last minute at the airport. Ended up paying a extortionate charge as it was last minute, I'm so disgusted!

Its not a meet and greet service it's a wait and wonder. They ask you to call then don't answer or respond to messages. Both when dropping the car and collecting it states to call 30 mins before arriving but then they don't answer, its anxiety inducing to say the least and not a good way to start or end a holiday. Dropping the car we were left waiting and still calling from the carpark. Returning was even worse with more than an hour from my first call and 35 minutes wait in the carpark to have my car returned. After a 10 hour flight and a 4+ hour journey ahead of us we had booked meet and greet to make a smooth journey and instead this increased the stress. Also it is £7.50 each time they come onto the carpark so add an additional £15.00 to the price they quote. Not a service I would use again. I guess you get what you pay for! I will pay more to get a reliable service next time.

This company left my son,his wife and 18month old child waiting for 2.5hrs in the freezing car park to deliver there car to the heathrow airport terminal at 7 in the morning. They switched off the phone and refused to take any calls.
Three days later upon the rest of my families return from holiday at the same airport they took over 2 hours to return both our cars. My car got delivered first, but I couldn't leave my daughter and her young family until their car arrived, which took a further 30mins. When we got to the car park the driver who had delivered my car had left leaving my keys on the front tyre.
I complained multiple times to be told it wasn't his fault he didn't have any drivers to send.
Beyond dreadful -i have put in a complaint to compare the parking website as they should not have unsubstantiated businesses on there.
Since I returned I have researched and there are terrible reviews.

On drop off I had followed the given instructions but still had to wait 20 mins before they turned up. The problems started trying to collect my car. On my form it stated 8am and I started calling them just before 8am, they did not answer. In fact nobody answered the phone for 1 hour 40 mins. Eventually somebody answered and they said 20 mins..... nothing. Every time I called back it was 20 mins. Eventually my car was returned 2 1/2 hours after trying to make 1st contact. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE BUNCH OF CLOWNS AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Scam!
Scam!! They park the cars on Thornton Avenue which isn’t secure… and it’s £20 in a taxi from LHR.
They refused to return my car until a time suited them so I actually called the police and reported it as stolen. Luckily I was able to track exactly where the car was and funny how they had a change of tune once the police were involved.
They are trading as a dissolved company too.

Picking up the car was a nightmare, man on phone was rude, lied and did not want to help. We waited over 2 hours fod pur car after a very long flight.
Avoid this company, pay a little more for a better service.
Dropping off the car was OK, but they got confused and two separate people called me, but they picked the car up and I only waited max 10 minutes for the driver to pick up the car.
However, picking up the car was a nightmare, especially after a long flight back to the UK.
After calling them to say I had collected my baggage they said they were busy and it could be a 40 minute wait for the driver, who would call when they were 10 minutes away, to arrive.
Seeing as I couldn't do anything about that, I waited. After 40 minutes no call from the driver.
I then called the company again, they said the car was on its way but there was traffic on the road. As they were only 20 minutes away, I expected to wait maybe another 15 minutes for the car to arrive if they were already enroute.
However, after another 30 minutes no call or sign of the car. Called then back, but they didn't answer my call. Tried about 5 times and then called from another phone. They answered, another excuse about they would call back and very rude, expecting me to put up with the delay.
After another 15 minutes, no call, so called back. They didn't answer. Tried both the phones and they didn't answer. So then used my wife's phone and they answered.
This time, I had a few stern words, including threatening to call the police and reporting my car stolen as well as them having to return my car to my house as I was going to get a cab.
They then put me on hold and then after 5 minutes said car is on its way and just hung up.
After 10 minutes got a call from the driver who said he's 10 minutes away.
When he did arrive, he just handed the keys and ticket and rushed off. The inside and outside of the car was very dirty, suggesting they left it outdoors where there was dirt and went inside with dirty shoes.
So after over 2 hours of waiting I finally got my car.
