DO NOT USE USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE USE THIS COMPANY! THEY STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS! I returned from a 3 weeks trip to find parcels in the back of my car had been stolen. There was nobody to contact and when I finally did they said they accept no responsibility. They are also hard to get in contact with and take over 40 minutes to bring the car. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Do not use this company

Waited an hour for them to bring our car to us. Three days after we got home we got a ULEZ fine £90, they had used our car whilst we were away. We had paid ULEZ ourselves the day we arrived and the return day. They refused to refund us stating in their T&C’s, they may need to move the car whilst we were away!
DO NOT USE THEM, IT IS JUST NOT WORTH IT😡

When arriving back at Heathrow

When arriving back at Heathrow, we had to wait a very long time for our car to be brought to us. More than double the 30 minutes we were told it would take. I repeatedly phoned to ask where they were, as we were in a huge hurry to start our working day. One man promised to get to the bottom of the issue and phone us back, but he never did. The person on the phone had a very 'heavy' Indian accent and it was nearly impossible to understand what he was saying. Also, a huge amount of fuel had been driven out? Why? We were not very happy.

The most untrusted and unreliable…

The most untrusted and unreliable company. I got alerted that my car was used and when i called them they started to threaten me until i started to record them (calls made 26th at 8:08pm). Dudes attitude changed once he heard i had a tracker and reordered the call

Late for drop off and pick up

Driver was 20 minutes late picking our car up on departure, then took 1h 15 minutes to turn up after our call on arrival, despite saying 20 minutes. Added to this was the empty rubbish packet that was left in our car by one of the drivers. Will not be using again.

These guys are a shambles!

These guys are a shambles!
We had to wait an hour and a half to have our car dropped off. The eventual excuse was that our car had been blocked in by another car in their carpark and no-one had the key.
What a terrible end to our holiday!!

Kangaroo

Kangaroo, operating under various trade names including Airport Parking Extras, allegedly engages in questionable practices. Vehicles are initially taken to a car park near Sipson Lane, then relocated to an isolated county road in Datchet. Hours before the customer's scheduled arrival, the car is returned to Sipson Lane, often in a muddy and uncleaned condition, suggesting rural storage. Concerns are heightened by reports of drivers with limited English proficiency and inadequate insurance coverage, potentially leaving customers vulnerable in cases of damage or theft. An alternative, possibly more secure option may be parking in a countryside layby and using a using uber to reach Heathrow Airport, mirroring the alleged actions of Kangaroo.

In addition to the aforementioned issues, customers should also be aware of potential parking fees at the airport, amounting to £7.50 for both departure and arrival, which adds an extra £15 to the overall cost."

Terrible company

Terrible company, avoid at all costs, our car was parked for 5 days only and when the driver bought the car back it had been keyed down one side and the wheel had been curbed, the driver dismissed it and said we should have taken photos before hand even though they state that their drivers take before and after photos. We were then told to email the company and they just ignore it, I believe that the cars are being parked offsite and not in a compound and just on random streets 😡 wish we had read all of the terrible reviews about this company before using them.

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!
Took over 30 mins on the way to collect our car despite us giving them a 25 minute warning so 55 mins in total !
On the way back took them 1 and 1/4 hours to return our car despite us giving them the 20
Mins notice as required

their own driver said "they are a sh!t company from Sri Lanka"

drop off was smooth, no issues.
Pick up was AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.
In total waited 2 hours after calling them from baggage collection.
It wasn't so much the delays, it was the constant lies they told.
At first the delay was due to "problem with another car, so the driver had to go back, but he's already left with your car".
20 minutes later, it became "driver is just outside car park waiting to get in"
20 minutes later "he's 1 minute away"

And then they stopped answering my calls.

After waiting for 90 minutes (with young family sitting on car park floor), and after several SMS messages from me, the driver called and said he "was just getting into your car, and I'll be 7 minutes".

I questioned him, and he said he knew nothing about what had happened - he'd ONLY JUST been instructed by the company to bring my car back.

So this proved they'd been lying for the previous 2 hours.

The driver did in fact arrive 6-7 minutes later, and when I asked what I should do about the delay, he said "DON'T USE THIS COMPANY NEXT TIME".
When i asked "is that it?", he said "this [long delays] happens all the time. they are a sh!t company from Sri Lanka" and walked off.

I have been emailing their customer support for 2 weeks, and they are criminals just like the staff that had lied to me on the day.

After about 2 dozen messages, they eventually asked for my call logs on the day (which proved all my claims made against them).

But since I've sent them that, i've not had a single reply in over a week.

I will pursue this further. I will get a refund from my credit card company, and I will take Kangaroo to court.

And I will spread this honest review of my awful experience with them all over the internet.

I hope this honest and genuine review helps someone else in the future.

Extremely poor

Booked for my car to be picked up at 20:45, I’m still here in the car waiting for them at 22:00, luckily I’ve no flight to catch until tomorrow. I called multiple times, and the 4 times they did pick up, I was told 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous, do not book.

Doesn't even warrant one star!

Doesn't even warrant one star!! Impossible to contact, you have to try multiple times, and the phone either rings out for ages, or goes to a mail box that cannot receive messages. The driver turned up one hour late with our car when we arrived back from our destination yesterday! Avoid this one!

Kangaroo parking - Cowboy parking!

Kangaroo parking, should be called cowboy parking!
They did not turn up to collect our car. They did not respond to messages or calls.
Luckily there was another parking company who could take the car but it cost us an extra £200 on top of what we had already paid then we missed expensive flights to Costa Rica. We were going to scatter my partners ashes and had to buy our flights again!
This has been going on for 6 months. I haven't had acknowledgement or a apology, never mind a refund or any compensation.
This company shouldnt be operating anymore. I will be taking it further.

Do not use kangaroo parking

Do not use kangaroo parking. They did not turn up and we nearly missed our flight. First they said they did not have our booking. Then they said due to traffic they wouldn’t send a driver and someone would be there at the airport. No one was there. We waited 30 minutes and then nearly missed our flight. I was forced to pay £300 to another company to take my car. They haven’t even reimbursed me for the parking. It is now becoming a legal matter. Do not use this company.

Do not book with this company…

Do not book with this company absolutely unprofessional, unorganised and rude! Never again will I book again. Still at airport waiting for my car at 10.33 pm when my plane landed at 9pm. When I call the guy is rude and I’m still waiting on someone to bring me my car after travelling how much hours I just want to go home! Update it’s now 12.46 am I’m still waiting. All the excuses in the world. I’m going to make sure I make a video on instagram and tik tok warning everyone not to use this company. Even the official workers at the airport said this company gets a lot of complainants and they just do not care it’s about time they get closed down! Waste a money for this rubbish service . Update finally brought my car to mr 4 hours later and guess what car is scratched . Called to tell them no apology nothing they do not care. Company needs closing down and I’m going to recover the cost for this damage
