Do not use Kangaroo parking. They are awful. Unfortunately I booked using another company name which is operated by them. The level of customer service is as bad as I've experienced. They keep y... See more

Appalling service
Appalling. Had to pay additional £15 in parking fees which wasn’t made clear when booking, but worse than that, had to wait over 45 minutes to have the car returned to us on pickup. Staff were rude and unhelpful on the phone. Do you use.
Dreadful company
Dreadful company, we’re not there when we arrived, had to wait half an hour upon our return. My alloy wheel was damaged the driver showed no interest at all. When I informed the company they are simply not interested. Avoid this company
No greet in this meet and greet
2 stars because we did get our car back in one piece - tick! But we waited over an hour to get the car back - in this time we could have got to the nearest long stay car park twice over - at a third of the cost. So not much “greet” in this “ meet and greet” - avoid.
Awful!!!
We booked these through compare website so we didn’t know it was Kangaroo who were the service providers. We won’t use either again!!!
Took nearly an hour to collect the car despite several calls with differing arrival times!!! The same happened when we arrived back - yea our flight landed an hour early and so we’re were expecting a short wait…. Quoted 30 mins to “unblock the car!! Took an hour…. Awful coms and attitude…. Hardly “meet and greet”!!!!
Damaged vehicke
Late to collect, late to drop off. Scratched bumper and said tgey couldnt help because i didnt take before pictures. Criminals and con jobs do not use them.
I do not recommend using Kangaroo…
I do not recommend using Kangaroo parking. They were late to pick up our car despite being rung when we were 20 mins away from the airport. When they delivered the car back they didn’t bother waiting and left the keys on the wheel. Finally, and worst of all, the car was covered in a fine dust which turned out to be cement dust that went hard when we tried to wash it off.
Kangaroo Parking’s
I booked Kangaroo Parking’s long stay service and gave them all my flight details well in advance. My flight arrived on time, but when we called to pick up the car, they told us we had to wait an hour. Later, they said there were no drivers available!
This is really disappointing and unprofessional. We followed all their instructions and expected a smooth process, but ended up wasting time and feeling really frustrated. Would not recommend based on this experience.
Absolutely shocking company DO NOT…
Absolutely shocking company DO NOT BOOK. Returned from a Holiday found a Dent in the Door. Wanted me to take my car to Heathrow to be repaired by a back street garage. Did not trust them plus I live in Hertfordshire sheer inconvenience.
They park your vehicle in the street I found out afterwards.
Kangaroo parking , don’t use !
Lack of communication, we waited an hour and a half for collection. We kept calling and when we were answered the driver and base either had been in contact and were lying to us or they had no idea what was going on.
We had just come off of a long haul flight and just wanted to go home! We followed instructions and just waited and waited. Problems arise which we understand but the fact that they didn’t keep us informed was unacceptable, we all have mobile phones so there is no reason for this except ignorance! Extremely poor customer service, disgusting!
Hidden Fees, Hidden Ownership, No Legal Entity
I booked Meet & Greet parking at Heathrow via a site called Airport Parking Extra, which claims to be a comparison service. It wasn’t clear at the time, but the actual provider turned out to be “Kangaroo Parking” – a name that only appeared on a receipt handed to me at the airport. I have since found no active company registered under that name, and their website gives no legal information at all.
On my return, after a delayed flight, I was told I had to pay a £20 “after midnight” fee. When I questioned this, I was told my car would not be returned unless I paid. When I arrived at the meet point, the car had been driven away and I was made to wait 45 minutes before it was brought back. I had no choice but to pay under pressure just to get my vehicle back.
The surcharge was never disclosed during booking, only shown in small print on the receipt after the fact – which I believe is a breach of UK consumer protection law. When I tried to complain, I received a one-line email saying the matter had been “dealt with.” No explanation, no accountability, no response to follow-up messages. There’s no phone number, and their customer portal is completely unresponsive.
To make matters worse, I discovered that a company called Kangaroo Parking Limited, now dissolved, was owned by the same individual who controls Airport Parking Extra and Premium Trave Ltd, the only active company I can identify. I genuinely have no idea which company I was even contracting with, and they seem to be doing everything they can to make sure customers can’t figure that out.
In my case, I was coerced into paying a £20 fee and forced to wait late at night with my daughter. But other reviews here report far more serious problems – including damage to vehicles and suspected misuse. I should probably count myself lucky.
I’ve reported this to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. I strongly suggest others do the same. This is not a legitimate or trustworthy operation. Avoid at all costs.
Poor customer service/ Time
Poor customer service.
My car was delivered after 1pone hour 45 minutes. Rude controller plus driver.
Told me to call the police if not happy snd that they can deliver my car at my home address.
My car dirty.
I will never use them. Please keep off this one. And they run 3 companies. You wonder why??
I Paid Ulez penalty without knowing
This review is specifically for the company “Heathrow VIP Meet and Greet” run by Kangaroo Parking. We waited about 45min to get our car back. But most annoyingly, they caused me to pay a £90 Ulez penalty and not even take partial responsibility. I have used meet and greet parking for over 15 years and this has never happened. I paid for my car Ulez charge for 24 May 2025. At 3pm the car was dropped off. I flew abroad that afternoon. They then decided to move my car again on the 25 May at 6pm without me knowing and drove it through a Ulez zone without letting me know. So a week later I get the penalty notice for this. They say their T&Cs say they could move cars again and that I should have autopay for Ulez, so none of it is their fault. I do not register card details online for risk of fraud, but seems like they don’t care about that and they could happily move you car around as many time they like and you would just need to cough up the extra cost every time. Just doesn’t sound like good customer service.
Don't bother using this company
Don't bother using this company. On dropping off our vehicle they moaned as we were early, despite having phoned to let them know we were on our way. On return to Heathrow, we phoned on collection of luggage and had to wait almost 90 mins for our car to be dropped off. When it was, it was left parked sideways over two bays and the driver just thrust the keys an parking ticket into my hand and walked off, no apology nor explanation for the delay. Dreadful service, do not recommend and will not be using them again!
Had to wait 1hour 20 minutes even after…
Had to wait 1hour 20 minutes even after letting them know we had collected our luggage (as requested). They didn’t care, they didn’t communicate, they genuinely were not interested in any level of customer service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR PARKED IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA AND COME BACK DAMAGED
upon landing at Heathrow i called the driver to enquire how long it would take to return my car, whilst on the phone i heard a resident arguing with the driver about parking the car outside peoples property.
upon return of the car a noticed the car had been keyed from the front wheel arch to the back door, i informed the office of the damage and told him that i had heard that the car had been parked in a residential area which they denied, fortunately my car is a company car which has GSP and a camera, i contacted my company and they confirmed with GPS information and pictures that the car was parked in a residential area 10mins away from the airport for the whole 6 weeks of my holiday. i sent this information to kangaroo parking stating i wanted my car repairing locally and a refund & they have ignored my emails & calls ever since i forwarded this evidence on to them.
i have been left with a damaged car which i have been quoted over £600 to repair. DO NOT USE
Car damaged during our holiday
During our holiday, our car was severely keyed on the passenger side—scratched from bumper to bumper across every panel—while in your care. Despite multiple emails and calls, we only received a response over a week later.
We were directed to a garage in Hounslow, which is not local to us, and no courtesy car was provided. We are now expected to travel to this garage at our own cost, which is completely unreasonable.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The delay in communication, lack of support, and absence of a local solution reflects very poor service.
Frustrated and Late!!
If you are not in a hurry then this company is fine. Waited 40 minutes for car to be picked up, even after giving them a 20 minute warning of our arrival so that's an hour from first call. Same on the way back, phoned after collecting our luggage as asked and it was an hour from this phone call before the car turned up. Watched so many other people who had used other companies turn up and their car was either waiting for them or turned up a few minutes later. Thought we would save time using Meet and Greet but definitely not with Kangaroo Parking. Only plus side is they answer their phone really quickly but the information they give you is BS.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I had to wait around 40 minutes both when dropping off and collecting my car. The delay on return caused me to overpay airport parking fees, and although I was promised reimbursement, no one has responded to my calls, messages, or emails. To make matters worse, the car was returned covered in bird droppings, showing clear neglect. Very unprofessional service—would not recommend.
TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE - AVOID
The only reason this company appears cheaper is because you have to pay the entrance and exit fees for the carpark. That aside, the number hardly ever gets answered and our car took 1hr 30 to get dropped off despite us calling as we got off the plane. The car turned up absolutely filthy and had obviously been driven a long way.
Terrible
Terrible - not cost effective- meet and greet with no meet or greet - quicker to get public transport home and we live over an hour away from the airport - AVOID
