Don't use this company!

We left our car with this company for two weeks, and while we expected some dust, we were absolutely shocked by the condition we got it back in. The car was completely covered in bird droppings—far beyond what could be considered reasonable.

To make matters worse, the driver who returned our car showed zero accountability. He didn’t apologize or acknowledge the issue and instead told us it wasn’t his job to communicate with us about this. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

If you’re considering using this company, I’d strongly advise checking reviews first—something we unfortunately didn’t do. This experience has left us extremely disappointed, and we won’t be using them again.

It’s not VIP parking- they don’t care!

It’s not VIP parking. These guys do not care about their customers.
They turned up late with our car - an hour late after we’d had a 14 hour overnight flight. Left us at 6am waiting in the cold for an hour. Didn’t return our calls and we were totally in the dark.
When the driver arrived he literally ran off and left the keys on the seat.
The car stank and was filthy. It also had 30 extra miles on the clock???
When we returned home we had a ULEZ fine waiting for us as they’d used the car driving it between compounds ( or wherever the hell they take them) and incurred a charge.
We had to pay a £100 fine!
No response from them at all.
Thoroughly disheartened and truly believe this company need investigating.
We found them through compare airport parking so they hide behind them.
Do not use !

DON'T USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY

OMG, what a nightmare, wish I had read these reviews before booking, won't use again.
Kept us waiting nearly an hour when dropping off the car so had to pay £11.50 instead of £7.50, they wouldn't give the extra cost back. Coming back again we had to wait for them 35 min, and the car was covered in bird poo. I've checked my remote app, my car was put in a hotel car park and moved twice, this company is a joke.

Please don't use this company i have parked my car in Heathrow last month
With this company for 3 weeks
When I get the car back, back of my car was completely damaged the driver returned the key and disappeared while I was checking the car .till now now response from the company. This company is fraud

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!…

Arrived after phoning 20 mins from Heathrow. No meet at all all for hour and then when oaying ticket I had to pay £11.50 instead of £7.50.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
On arrival back I phoned as I left plane. Over one hour later and several calls my car was returned. Keys handed to me and driver ran off.
All made for a very stressful time.
I travel alot and have used other meet and greet with no problems.
No response from email.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Clearly this company have never heard…

Clearly this company have never heard of dash cams and vehicle tracking. I gave this company my car for 10 days back in 2020. I didn’t leave a review at the time but 5 years on I’m still angry at the appalling service that I received..
all was fine when I dropped the car off but I had the issues when I received the car back. The driver handed me the keys and then just walked off with his Macdonald’s drink in hand. I got in the car and it stunk of burgers. I then reviewed my dash Cam and found that the car had been dumped in an industrial estate for 10 days and not in a secure compound as advertised. After further review of the footage I found the car had been used for the driver to collect his lunch. After complaining to the company they failed respond and after further complaints they offered my 20% off my next booking.. no thanks. So all in all a poor service followed up by poor customer service.. kangaroo parking…you suck..

Worst Meet & Greet service I have used…

Worst Meet & Greet service I have used at Heathrow .
Terrible attitude when you cannot understand their instructions over the phone .
40 minutes to collect the car at Terminal, shouting down the phone at 6.45am “do not keep calling me”!
35 minutes after being told they are on the way to return the car and then telling me I was too early at 8.45am and I had told them 9.30am
Car parked in Donkey Lane & returned with the chipped alloy & filthy dirty .. disgusting service

?Please avoid this company

?Please avoid this company. left in airport on return for over 2half hours await for meet and greet our car. Travelled on the 2nd January all went well with the collection rang 15 mins away from airport the driver arrived two minutes after we got there. Great. The return was like a horror story, called company on arrival airport told 40 mins wait? this in paperwork tells you ten minutes usual. After 45 mins was told it would be another 10 mins wait. Nobody turned up and no one would answer telephone. After another 20 mins got through told have to wait further 20 mins and arrive. Drtiver finally turned up and gave keys then done a runner with our car park ticket. I had call again, guy said meet at barrier. Got ticket told driver not happy. When wrote to company they ignored the letter, then email. I telephoned and was laughed at saying they had problems that day. nothing they can do.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Waited over 2 1/2 hours after flying through the night with no sleep. 5 phone calls and an explanation I had a 3 hour drive home and a tired 5 year old and eventually after being fobbed off several times, had the phone put down on me. A truly anyamal company, and I use that word loosely. If you're looking for parking, look elsewhere and avoid these cowboys.

Unreliable do not use

1 star is too much : booked with vip parking/kangaroo parking so many names they trade under.
I kept to instructions, phoned when they said to phone on way to the airport was told driver will be waiting for you , every 20 mins was told driver should be there. Driver arrived 1 hr late I had to pay £18:50 instead of £7 for parking , on return journey was left waiting for my car approx 40 mins . I have sent emails , phone calls with no response , driver told me I could claim the extra £11 back for the parking . Still trying

Never again

Never again. Tried them 5 times now and every single time, they are late both for pick up and drop off. Every time the reason is we can only apologise, we are very busy! Ridiculous. Will be making a formal complaint and wont stop until i get my money back and more.
