Do not use Kangaroo parking. They are awful. Unfortunately I booked using another company name which is operated by them. The level of customer service is as bad as I've experienced. They keep y... See more

Not only were we misold but they were late
Not only were we misold. They were unprofessional and late. They also took my car off Heathrow site elsewhere and I didn't know where my car was. Nor was it insured to leave. On return after a long night flight, they were over 2 hours late and very unprofessional. Not happy at all. Will not use again. Made the start and end of the holidays very stressful.
If I could give this company minus 5 stars I would. On arriving at airport there is no meet and greet despite my calling 30 mins ahead as suggested. On return I had ti wait over an HOUR. DO NOT USE
If I could give this company minus 5 I would.
On arrival I had to call 5 times until eventually someone turned up to collect car. Even worst in return as car was not available and I had to wait over an hour! The booking handler was both rude and inconsiderate. Honestly, DO NOT USE.
Awful
I would give zero stars if I could.
Worst service that I’ve experienced, awful.
Took them 3 and a half hours to bring my vehicle to arrivals despite me calling them 30mins prior.would never recommend them!
They don’t answer calls mostly on voice mail..but you can’t leave a message because the mail box is full.
Waited 1 hour and 10 mins.
All good reviews on booking.com fake! On the way out, no one answered the phone for 40 minutes despite repeated calls to both numbers. Eventually phoned saying 10 minutes 45 minutes later they turned up. On the way back we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes at the airport. 😡
Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service, we have waited for over 40 mins only to be told that our car is blocked by 2 other vehicles, avoid this company, you get what you pay for 😡
Not the best service
We had a long wait for our car on our return and it was bitterly cold. The attitude of the driver was odd when we questioned that we had to pay another £7.50 in each direction to drop off and pick up our car in the short stay car park - he said, 'Don't ask me, I'm only the driver'! So, whatever price you pay for this service, you have to add another £15...
Kangaroo parking - RUBBISH
This has to be one of the worst experiences of the many valet services I have used before.
We booked for their services via comparetheairportparking.com. When we arrived, the valet was late. We had to call the driver several times before they came.
Our nightmare started when we returned to pick our car up. On arrival, the valet was late, as usual. When he eventually showed up, we noticed the car had a new scratch (mind you the car is new and has no hint of a scratch or dent anywhere), and the cover for the rear tow bar was missing. We called the valet who brought the car and he advised us to take pictures and send an email address he provided. We did that.
Frustrated, knowing we had a 3hr journey ahead of us after 10pm, we drove home. The next day, we decided to go and fully examine the car. It occured to us to finally check the dashcam. Law and behold, the rear dashcam is disconnected. Like we have never had the need to check the dashcam until then.
Unfortunately for the valet who thought it was smart to disconnect the dashcam, there is a video of him actually bumping the car and changing spots. I went back to their website, and they claim to have secured airport parking. What a fat lie. They park cars on Beech Close, and a quick street view of the street - crosschecking it with the rear footage of when the valet bumped the car, it is so easy to see where he actually did it. From all the video footage I reviewed, you can audibly hear the seatbelt chime going off. They even drive without wearing seatbelts.
With all this information, I spent the whole day trying to get in touch with the company. What a waste of time. I called several times to no answer. I sent 3 emails, still no response.
This has to be the worst airport valet company.
I would not recommend you use this…company at all costs
I would not recommend you use this company, we had our car valeted ready to go away on holidays we booked via compare airport parking and the experience was very poor . the pick up the car on arrival was over a 30 minute wait and the same for our return what was worse is the state my car was returned to me it was covered in mud and must have been left in some field and £6 in coins taken from the car . i use for shopping and paying parking ...i have complained but had no response to emails .... never again with both parts of this booking process
Don’t ever ever use this company!
At this point in time, I’m sitting in the airport waiting for my car. They have told me they have lost my car, then they said another company has it. 45 minutes later and they decided actually they found the key, now they need to find the car. When I showed frustration (understandably!!!) man was fairly rude and told me it wasn’t helping! I have used many many different of these companies and have never had this with any of them. I really really don’t recommend.
Absolutely rubbish services
Absolutely rubbish services
Waited 1 hour was about to miss my flight
On the way back
Driver was on time but car was dirty from inside with mud
Also rear wing was damage with scratch
Absolutely not worth it
Unacceptable collection & return delays
Had to wait for collection & return.
Item missing from car after return.
Zero effort to right any issues.
Avoid at all costs.
(& after this review, I get a pathetic message saying the people who lost a piece from my vehicle accept no responsibility; seriously, avoid anything to do with this “company” . . . )

I would give an ABSOLUTE NEGATIVE star…
I would give an ABSOLUTE NEGATIVE star if I could! The worst experience with them. We had to wait for more than 45 minutes for the return of the car after we called them we are outside. There was a massive scratch on the front left side of the car. When pointed out, after inspecting the whole car, I was accused by the driver to have walked straight to the scratch as if I knew it already whereas he had no courtesy or respect towards the customer and was using his phone for good 3-5 minutes sitting in the car when he arrived and I started inspecting the car from drivers side. On top of that, the car had over 100 mls of fuel when dropped and was returned with ZERO mls fuel. The speedometer shows it’s been driven for over 6.5 hours which was reset just before handing over the car. In addition to all of this, the appalling service and rude tone that this company has used when we called to discuss this complaint and accusing us of false claims. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THEM EVER!
This is my first review of any company so please imagine how awful my experience would have been that I felt the need to do this urgently.

The convenience of having our car picked up at the terminal 5 was fantastic after a long flight. Thank you kangaroo parking.
Avoid at all costs!
CRIMINALS!

Waited 45 mins on departure and over an hour for collection on arrival ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! Disgusting service , pay the extra and go for a company actually based at the airport. This is a cowboy company
Really bad!! Avoid
Really bad!!! Left my car with my keys under the tyre in the parking anyone could have taken it !! My driver seat floor mats were absolutely covered in mud and I know it wasn’t left like that for sure!! Also waited an hour to get my car back.
Appalling
Appalling. Lost the car. Told us to get a taxi home then accused us of trying to rip them off when we claimed the taxi fare back as instructed!!!!! The car was returned after 24 hours but still no key!! No repayment of taxi fare or offer of any compensation. Outrageous and to be avoided at all costs!
Waited exactly one hour for the car to…
Waited exactly one hour for the car to be returned even though I called them as requested when I had collected baggage. With a car tracker, I would be interested where it was parked as it shows no secure parking! Won't be using them again.
