Scam website. Dodgy products. Won't refund

Imports its products from all over the world & when asked where from they refused to disclose. Who knows what’s in the products I’ve ordered or what dodgy materials it’s made from.

I ordered a Home Baby Heartbeat Monitor from KangooKids, and it took a very long time to arrive in Australia. When it finally came, it didn’t include the battery or the gel — which means you can’t even use it. Without gel, this product is completely useless.
I contacted customer service to return it, but it took ages to get a response. Eventually, they said I should have ordered the gel separately and that I would have to pay to send the product back to Germany. Later, I received another email saying I couldn’t return it at all.
Overall, a terrible experience — poor communication, slow shipping, and an unusable product. I do not recommend KangooKids. Don’t waste your money here.

Beyond anything else the delivery is incredibly slow and returns are impossible. I purchased for a birthday gift and it didn't arrive for about 3 weeks - absolute miss - so tried to return - apart from anything the process was slow and drawn out with what i thing were bot emails back to the point when they finally provided an address it was in Germany (no postage paid return) so stuck with the rubbish. Quality is not there and it holds out to be local - but it is not!

Definitely scam website. I emailed regarding my order and the correspondence was strange and didn’t add up. When products arrived late they were shoved into the same box and products seemed cheap and not of good quality. Do not recommend and would never shop here again. Avoid / scam!!

I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed as I’m still waiting for my purchase and I keep receiving responses but still no delivery.

I will be reporting this site to every SCAM watch organisation possible.
If you have bought from them and not received your item I encourage you to report them as well.

Ordered item and then read reviews. Emailed them immediately, perhaps 5 minutes after ordered item. They got back to me and said too late it had already been sent. 5 minutes after pressing the order button. Despite repeated emails that were being ignored, I received one out of the blue today saying your parcel is on its way, hope you enjoy it. There is no tracking number. I am feeling very stupid for not checking reviews before ordering

After placing the order I read the reviews on this and another site. To be honest I was worried that we would receive it.

But it was delivered in a reasonable time frame and I was notified by tracking numbers along the way

I ordered the 35 piece magnetic transform toy.

It appears good value and matches the advertised item. It may be more expensive than an alternative but they delivered the promised product as product.

I ordered a toy, 'kids miniscope', and paid $29.90. I received several emails purporting to have shipped the item, then a delay in shipment, then a confirmation of 'delivery'. The confirmation of delivery arrived at 9:19 pm nearly a month after my original order. I immediately checked outside my house and there was no package. When I contacted them about this they said to check with my local post office. On the 23/1/25 I visited my local post office and they had no record of the tracking number, which they said means the package was not shipped with them. I contacted the business and informed them that the post office had no record of the tracking number and that I wanted a re-send or a refund or I would report them and give them poor reviews. They replied informing me that the package had been delivered and again told me to check with my local post office.

This is a Scam website and order never actually sent (fake / Unsecure tracking site when you recieve notification about tracking)

I ordered from this company and parcel did not arrive as told expected date.
After emailing several times I was told delays due to crowds!
I said no crowds here it's post Xmas
I threatened to contact fair trading that this is scamwebsite and emailed everyday
Suddenly my parcel arrived despite "crowds "🤣don't think it would've arrived otherwise

After waiting over 6 weeks for item to arrive it broke instantly.
Contact seller for refund and offered me discount for next purchase.
Second time I contacted with proof of broken toy, offered me 10% refund. The 3rd time offered me 20% refund and I could keep the toy purchase.
I just want my money back for an item that didn’t do what it was advertised to do.
Do not buy from this company.

Avoid! Overpriced and business is based overseas. Their website is deceptive. I regret ordering from them. Ordered in early November for Christmas presents. Box arrived in Jan. Unsure if all of the items were received as I had it shipped to a relative.

Order was marked as delivered but was never received. I was home for three days around time of delivery.
AusPost has no record, tracking site showed it as being in USA, proof of delivery was a close up of the package only (not even full label).
Support were unhelpful and responded like a bot, ignoring my request for help. Either scam website or really poor service.

Only giving 1 star because I cannot provide the zero stars they deserve on TrustPilot. I wish I had read these reviews prior to placing order in November 2024 for Christmas. It is now January 2025 and still no items received. Scam website! When I emailed they advised “Your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post office.” My place is secure and never had any issues receiving parcels. STAY AWARE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

I ordered 2 items which have now arrived and are as advertised. The delivery was slow ( about 4 weeks) and items arrived too late for the Christmas presents I had intended. I did contact the company and received a speedy response. Unfortunately the tracking links provided did not work. To be fair my only criticism is the slow deliver, otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.

I thought I got a scam after reading some reviews. But too late, already placed an order a mini binocular. Thought this website is based on Australia but doesn’t look like that. Then still waiting for it and it actually came today. This is truly beautiful for me and hopefully for all others. Thank you and wish you all the best and successful!

Ordered the dancing cactus at the end of November and it’s now January and still haven’t received this item. I have sent 3 emails with no response. Don’t purchase from Kangoo Kids.

Product broke immediately. I contacted the company and because it was played with they do not offer a refund. Said they would only refund if it was broken on delivery. Do not buy from this site. All my child wants to do is play with this toy. You would think for a measly $50 they would send a new set. Absolutely pathetic.
