I ordered the magnetic car set in the 30th November as a birthday gift for my grandson in 11th December. It didn’t arrive but I thought he could have it as a Xmas present m. It’s now Christmas Eve and it still hasn’t arrived. Do not buy from this company that makes it look like it’s in Australia is actually in China/

Paid $120 for 2 robot/ car transformer things for Grandkids Only 1 arrived. I've emailed them so well see what happens. The quality is very cheap and nasty, very disappointed

I bought the balloon battle toy. It eventually came, but it is a cheap product that shipped from China, in horrible packaging that is not suitable to give as a gift. I’ve just found that you can buy the exact same product on Temu and Shein for about one third of the price. Do not recommend shopping through Kangoo Kids. Nice website, just a front for rubbish from China.

Do yourself a favour and DON'T purchase via Kangookids. Similar story in which they've stated my grandson's Christmas 2024 present was delivered, and I do not have it. My home is super secure and private for parcel drop off and it claims that it was delivered on 19 December. It is now 2 days before Christmas, I have sent two emails and there is no phone contact or even a 1800 number.

On 2nd December I ordered what was to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. It hasn't arrived and despite repeated emails to the company there's been no resolution. Tracking site showed it was somewhere in the US but an update on the Shop app said there'd been two attempts to deliver the product which was just not true as I have a safe area next to my front door and there is always someone home anyway. I was also told via email it was at my local post office which wasn't true either. My requests for a refund have gone unanswered. I'm extremely disappointed and will NEVER use this company again. I will be reporting them to Consumer Affairs.

Dont buy off of them as their Customer Service is useless..😡 I ordered a kids kitchen chopping set as a bday present but whn it arrvd there was an item missing so I had to buy another bday present.. I contacted the Co. re missing part & that I wanted to return it & get a full refund as I,d had to buy another present due to missing part.. they told me the item went out complete, calling me a liar, & offered $6 off a $29 item.. what an insult..I told them they shd pay for the return as it was a fault their end (as I wasnt trying to keep it for free) & refund me the full amount but instead they sent me the missing item which was no use as the bday had long gone. They need to look at their lack of Customer Service & maybe adopt the Customers almost always right policy instead of calling their Customer a liar & ignoring my suggestion for a solution.

Xmas present for my nephew was not delivered .. do not bother contacting them as they provide a generic and uncooperative excuse. They believe they use a mailing org in IMILE - they are just as bad ..

Ordered 3 items, did not receive all the items paid for. Repeated emails re missing items, got total runaround. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Everything I ordered was cheep rubbish. Customer service was terrible! Don’t waste your money.

This company is a complete scam. No gifts received, and then when I clicked on tracking link went no where, it was dead. Three weeks, no delivery, no correspondence, no presents. What a lovely Christmas treat to be scammed by these low life's.

This company accepted my order and allegedly shipped it to my address. After nearly 3 weeks, I received an email with dodgy photos saying it had been delivered. The photos were pitch black and the front of my address has a 24hr light that remains on, so it obviously wasn't my address. I follow up with the company and they sent automated emails back to every one. I'm now having to go through my bank to dispute it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Customer service is shocking, totally inadequate. Literally told me 'there's nothing we can do for you.'

SCAM WEBSITE! Don't buy from Kangoo Kids. Money taken, no email sent with product details. Information on the website are of little to no use.

This website is a scam.
They advertise like it's an Australian company. I placed an order, over a week ago.. I receive a Chinese tracking and Chinese email stating order is being processed (yet nothing has been processed nor status is unchanged). I tried to contact Kangoo Kids yet they have no contact number, the online form don't get responses and the email is the same. I alsp messaged on their fb where i got a reply yet when they asked for my order number they just vanished.. Do not order from this company it is fraud/scam. I have now lodged a complaint with my bank I will await outcome then raise it further (ombudsman) to ensure others don't fall victim. I'm a single mum and these items were for my sons Xmas. Now I'm out of pocket and will have to replace or find new items to buy before Xmas so my son gets presents from me/Santa. Disgraceful.
Kangoo Kids it is fair practice to advise upon checkout that your items are nor housed and that you source them from China therefore correct and fair practice is that you state the shipping estimated time at a minimum better still don't mimic an Australian company.. your terms and conditions are in horrible English grammar and should not be in fine print that you are in fact outsourcing all purchases to a Chinese company. Very sneaky and deceptive business.
REPLY TO MY COUNTLESS EMAILS OR REPLY TO MY FB MESSAGE WHERE YOU ASKED FOR MY ORDER NUMBER AND THEN VANISHED. REFUND MY ORDER!! BETTER STILL ACTUALLY SEND IT!!
