Yes it was pleasure to work for you and move your boxes to Berlin.

yes, if there is extra weight, there is extra charge.

Above a booked weight we charge £1.5 for each additional kilogram (if we will be able to take additional cargo).
Driver will only help arranging your boxes and your load on the van and give you a hand with loading and unloading.
However, should you wish to move large, awkward or heavy items we recommend that you organize adequate help for loading and unloading.
