I didn't check the size of the shower gel before purchasing and was surprised at how small it is making this a very expensive shower gel!

Great concept, love the smell but poor customer service
Great concept & love the smell of the products - especially grounds. Not impressed with customer service, first order the grounded product I ordered wasn't in stock, I was contacted and offered an alternative until they could send out the grounded product in a couple of weeks. I agreed, then followed up a few weeks later & had no response when I asked about them sending the original product I'd ordered. Placed another order & accidentally ordered the pumps instead of just refills. I contacted them to ask to cancel or change. Again no response despite the order not being sent for a couple more days. Given I've been sent even more pumps this defeats the purpose of trying to be more sustainable. I also highlight an issue with subscribe & save on their website so can't order this way either. Have lost my trust in their customer service so lost my business.
