received my order before due date loved the work on it and the fittings were amazing and love how cooperative and helpful saba was!!

I certainly have no complaints about the overall look it is a beautiful outfit but I was shocked to see cuff area was literally tore both sides most of the embellishments were hanging lose or falling . I did not except this from a big Designer wear so disappointed

The dresses are exactly as pictured. Ghaddan on their customer service team worked with me the whole time until the order was delivered and she was amazing. Answered all my questions patiently and politely. Would definitely order more.

Great customer service!

I ordered a dress but it very long for the making. Please be mindful of the length of time before ordering and reach out to them on Instagram and they will help you to speed up the process if it is outside the given timeframe and they provide excellent customer service. I saw the video of one of the dress and it is nice.They also made a special consideration for another dress and posting both at the same time. I appreciate the gesture.

It was horrible experience. I ordered clothes in July with one suit was ready to shipped and two with deadline 4-6 weeks for my brother's wedding in first week of September. Till end of September my order was not shipped. I had to threaten them as reporting it fraudulent transactions as they were not providing any updates. I had messaged the owner, customers care. Eventually when I mentioned Fraud, then they shipped my clothes a month after my brother's wedding when I had no use for them. I will definitely not be ordering anything from them again!

Never on time, just excuses with their own timeline.

The wedding was the 29, I contacted Kanwal malik ten times and they sent my clothes after the wedding, the had made the clothes different then I asked.. the outfit came late awful and I recieved no refund disgusting customer service,I would never buy from them again appauling outfit and service

Kanwal Malik ka ready-to-wear dress liya aur quality dekh kar dil khush ho gaya. Kapra, stitching aur overall look bohat classy tha. Mehwish Saeed ne bhi bohat achi tarah guide kiya aur unka behaviour bohat decent tha. bohat acha experience raha, purchase se fully satisfied hoon.

Kanwal Malik se mera ready-to-wear dress lene ka experience bohat acha raha. Dress bilkul waisa hi tha jaisa pictures mein dekha tha, quality bhi bohat achi hai aur main purchase se bohat satisfied hoon. Mehwish Saeed ne bohat achay se deal kiya, cooperative thin. Overall bohat acha experience raha, definitely dobara shop karungi.

Got some dresses made from here and it was a good experience. Ms Saba is very professional she accommodated us so well and guided us thoroughly. We received our dresses on time as well.

I absolutely loved my experience at kanwal malik. I got two dresses made which were both very pretty. I had some fitting issues twice but the whole team was very compliant especially Saba who made sure that I was satisfied with my dresses.

Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with Kanwal Malik. Before placing my order, I specifically asked multiple times whether my outfits would be delivered on time, as the delivery date was important to me. Despite receiving reassurance, the order did not arrive when promised.

Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The package arrived in an open/damaged-looking box, which was already concerning. Once I actually received the outfits, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The material felt cheap, and the embellishment/work started coming off almost immediately.

The fitting was also extremely poor. The sleeves and pants did not fit properly, and the tops had very unflattering and poorly executed fittings. This wasn’t simply a matter of needing minor alterations — the construction and fitting were so poor that the outfits looked odd when worn.

They had free shipping being offered, and I placed an order for four outfits, yet no free shipping was provided.

What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of accountability when I raised my concerns. I expected a designer to stand behind the quality and workmanship of their clothing and, at the very least, make an effort to resolve the issues. Instead, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed.

For the amount of money spent, I expected significantly better quality, workmanship, communication, and customer service.

Please save your money and carefully consider other designers who will stand behind their work, make clothing with decent-quality materials and workmanship, and take responsibility when something is not made correctly. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I had with Kanwal Malik Designer.

I had a truly wonderful experience with KM team. From placing the order to asking for a modest customized version of their " haniya" outfit to getting the dress at my home in time, it was a fantastic n seamless experience. The outfit is absolutely stunning, fabric and embroidery better than expected and stitching well done ( they sent me videos of every measurement detail before dispatching). Throughout Mr.Moosa and Mr. Tariq were very helpful. Highly recommended 👌

Saba at Kanwal Malika guided us very well we had a great experience with her. She is able to make me satisfy with my lehanga fittings. We are looking forward to ordering again from your shop.
