Wheels refurb has blown me away

I’ve just had George in the alloys body shop refurbish the split rim wheels of my AUDI TT ROADSTER. All I can say is WOW. the wheels look superb and really have made a transformation to my beloved car. It’s a superb job and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Shameful service

These guys are probably the worst dealers in Kent. Completely untrustworthy. They will do ANYTHING to take a few more £££ off you. Please avoid! It really will see you money.
This applies to both using their repair "service" and buying cars.

WORST DEALER IN THE UK??

We bought a range Rover from KAP Motor group To start with it all seemed fine drove the vehicle home sales process was nice and we were happy with the service that we received from the sales team.

However the next day we noticed some paint runs on the front bumper, so we took it to a local body shop he took the bumper off only to find that the bumper was being held together with sealants and had been very badly painted and prepared. They also noted that the front passenger side light and wing had damage, from a dented inner wing to a broken light bracket, these jobs had not been done correctly and the job was one of the worst fixes that the local body shop had seen to date. We contacted KAP about our concerns we said that we had to get the front bumper sprayed and this would cost approximately £600, they immediately agreed to replace the £600 however once we informed them about the rest of the damage to the body shop found we provided them with a few options, the simplest option was to pay us the trade price for used parts to repair the vehicle to a satisfactory standard. They refuse this and insisted that they should collect the vehicle and take it back to Kent from the (south-west) which the diesel fuel for their truck alone was at least half of what we proposed. We knew that they would try and repair the vehicle with very little if any parts, and that we were expecting them to say that they would only repair with resources they had internally. This of course was true and they did claim this.

We are now awaiting for these repairs to be completed although we don’t expect these to be done to a satisfactory standard, we are very disappointed that firstly KAP motor group did not disclose that the vehicle had been in a crash, and that these repairs were done cheaply and badly. KAP kindly organised a courtesy car, I have to say that the car was honestly dirty have been smoked in and not prepared or cleaned in any manner whatsoever. This is where at the height of a pandemic with covert spreading in large numbers and KAP motor group failed to even wipe inside of the car. This was apparent because split marks could be seen on the steering wheel. We would never recommend this dealer to anyone and would caution anyone who is thinking of buying from them. If KAP had wanted to do a proper job and to ensure that this vehicle was worth what they sold it to us for they would have done so to start with efficiently and effectively. Instead, we found that the only option in our case was to either reject the vehicle which would leave a gap in our business or to accept the vehicle as it is and have to spend our own money to put it right. We are now awaiting confirmation of completion and some photos to show what they have done. Any car dealer that would withhold the truth and when confronted to as little as possible to rectify the situation is in our opinion worth the of people purchasing spending their own money products and services on. For us, the repairs a small part of the bigger picture was shocked and disappointed to find that the dealer didn’t disclose information about the vehicle crash anyone point and even when confronted they just treated it as if it was fine okay and acceptable, not anyone point did they offer to reduce the price of the vehicle to reflect the damage or to reflect that the vehicle has had a crash. I will never purchase from this dealer again we are now considering legal action against KAP motor group for the above.

Please please don’t buy a car from this dealer.

Please please don’t buy a car from this dealer. Bought a car in preparation for my son being born, so thought buying one from a main dealer would mean less hassle in the long run - how wrong was I.

They don’t care about the customer after they sell a car. You get the complete feeling of being ripped off.

Within 10 months I have had the; front suspension, tires and brake pads/disks replaced, while I have unresolved faults with the battery draining within 12 hours, the start/stop system and clock not working.

The body language and attitude of staff is appalling and the worst I have ever encountered. The stress they caused me and my family is unreal.

Please read the reviews and don’t buy from here.
