Great friendly team, they have been nothing but really fantastic!

Andy and his staff at Kapow do an excellent job at the best of times. The fact that they are continuing to provide an exemplary service at the worst of times is nothing short of amazing. On top of that, they are running giveaways to entertain us.

I have been using Kapow for many years and have never had a problem. A wide range of lines to suit every collector, and an easy to use website. The staff are always able to give updates on preorders and have been very helpful for any questions I’ve had. I’m always happy to use their service and see them as one of the more reliable collectibles retailers in the UK

This is my second time ordering something from Kapow Toys, and I received my Transformers Masterpiece again very quickly, and everything was well and neatly packed again. Transformers Masterpiece MP-11NT Thust looks really great, you made another MP Transformers fan very happy. I have been a customer of Kapow for many years and a very happy one at that. For collectables and toys, their range and stock levels are usually unmatched and the prices are always some of the best around. Service has never been a problem, and any issues (hey - things do go wrong sometimes when delivery firms are involved) are dealt with quickly and without fuss. I have zero hesitation in recommending them, and the fact they have such a loyal and regular customer base speaks volumes of their quality.

Never used Kapow before but I’m impressed, great prices , next day delivery, packaged well and no damage so I’m very happy with my new Harley Quinn :) a company you can trust that DOES NOT sell fakes ...unlike the bad Amazon seller I’ve just delt with !

This is a tricky one. Kapow was never recommended to me. I found them purely by chance. They have a wide range of things although most of it, or at least what I wanted, was hardly ever in stock. You could start arguing all day about stock levels, exclusivity, rarity and things like that. I’ve worked in retail for 25 years. I understand how it works. But this isn’t really the issue. Obtaining a refund for me seems to be taking rather a long time. I returned my item, it was received at Kapow because I checked that it had been signed for and I’ve waited rather patiently for a refund to appear. It never has so far. I have returned things before (not often) to other online stores (not Kapow) and sometimes they’ve taken rather a long time to refund me, sometimes up to 2 months so not knowing how long Kapow take to process their returns I’ve waited. Secondly was the number of times I’d received new items that had been opened and resealed with tape over the top of tape. Now I know this is often done to insert English instructions but these all contained Japanese instructions as expected. It was around 6 times that I received a re-taped box but 6 is still too many, but out of the number of times I had purchased (around 50) it wasn’t a lot. Still, it should’ve been none. And thirdly, well, they don’t seem to take criticism or negative feedback of any kind very lightly even though it was perfectly valid. Their response to me was polite but sharp and it upset me as they clearly missed the point I was making. Even when the customer is right, and often they are, criticism is a bitter pill to swallow. It was meant to be informative to them and I was passing on my experience and product findings in my own words and I did it politely. Once things are good though they are good. They are totally reliable when it comes to getting the goods to you and they will attend to you on a personal level and tweak your orders if necessary. They do get things out to you on time although I wish they would change their delivery options. Second class isn’t really good enough, and Parcelforce, well I’d rather have UPS or DPD. For me, well my experience with them personally was a bit upsetting. Therefore I cannot recommend them. My score is low because my particular gripe was one that upset me too much. I wasn’t happy with the response and had it been a better one my score would’ve been higher.

After having a torrid time with darkside toys, I made an order with Kapow for the same action figures and 3 days later they were in my hand. Thanks Kapow. You will be my goto action figure website from now on.

I spent over £900 from this company they where rude, blunt and had terrible customer service. They were dreadful to deal with and I wouldn't recommend them under any circumstances.

I’ve just left a bad review on one of their competitors websites so I feel fitting that I should write a positive review when deserved.

I have never had an issue with Kapow. Orders have always arrived on time, items have always been in the best condition and prices have always been good, I have ordered multiple times from kapow (as has a family member) and never had a issue.

Will 100% order again and recommend to anyone.

Best Website in the UK, after my horrendous experience with staractionfigures.co.uk unprofessional customer service to resolve parts in my order, I decided to take a chance with kapow toys after reading all the positive reviews, after placing an order of 5 items and received very quickly I was not left disappointed as every item was not missing any parts... As promising and friendly as there customer service sounds judging by other reviews I will definitely be placing all my orders from here from now. Definitely Recommended!

I pre-ordered the NECA 1990s TMNT figures off of kapows website and happily waited for my figures to arrive and they did! the packaging and delivery process was excellent. Couldn't recommend this store enough and I have just already pre-orderd the capture of splinter figure set on kapow too.

Ok, Kapow toys have always delivered on their promises....if I order an item, I receive exactly that.

I just wish there was some sort of reward or points scheme to honour loyal customers.

Also I have subscribed to their news letter in the past and never received it.....maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Kapow get their figures, most times than not, before other places. Prices are cheaper, and items are ell packaged. Would love to see some more DC items, and more sales, but great nonetheless.
