Ordered a kaptafel in this store
Ordered a kaptafel in this store. After receiving it and putting it together I noticed the countertop was slightly damaged. After trying to fix the issue I reached out to the store. And they were very helpful. After raising the issue the first offered to pay back a bit of money to compensate, but I just wanted a new countertop. They send me a complete new unit. It was send out quickly and am very happy with. The new unit had the pristine countertop. Happy wife

Very good product and customer service
Overall, I had a very good experience! I had an issue with my dressing table order where one of the packages arrived damaged and a couple of pieces were broken. I reached out to their customer service team, and I was honestly so impressed by how quickly they responded. They immediately sent me a replacement box, and I received it in no time at all. Now that I’ve put my dressing table together, I absolutely love it—it’s beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
Overall, I’m super satisfied not just with the product but with their fantastic customer service and the overall experience on their website. Definitely a five-star experience from me!

The package arrived as planned and everything was properly packed. It took a while to put the make up table together and it looks exactly as expected from the picture. The drawers are a bit hard to open and close, I tried to adjust them and see what could be wrong but they just don't open and close as well as expected. Overall I am satisfied with the price/quality of the product.

What a terrible low quality product
What a terrible low quality product. The drawers are terrible, and nothing seems straight. I have build a lot of closets in my life, but this one was by far the worst one ever. The manual is unclear and the pieces create a puzzle, nothing is marked. To hang the mirror, you actually have to hammer the hanging construction into the back of it. But to find out how, you need to figure out yourself.... terrible terrible, better spend your money at another company. And to know this is German made.... makes it double dissapointing.

Wat een verschrikkelijk goedkoop product. De lades zijn vreselijk, en niets lijkt recht te zijn. Ik heb al veel kasten in mijn leven gebouwd, maar deze was verreweg de slechtste. De handleiding is onduidelijk en de onderdelen vormen een puzzel, niets is gemarkeerd. Om de spiegel op te hangen, moet je de ophangconstructie daadwerkelijk in de achterkant slaan. Maar hoe je dat moet doen, moet je zelf uitzoeken... verschrikkelijk, verschrikkelijk, beter geef je je geld uit bij een ander bedrijf. En te weten dat dit in Duitsland is gemaakt, maakt het dubbel teleurstellend.

Lovely makeup table
When I received my order, I was excited to assemble it, but I was surprised that there are some mistakes within the catalogue which made it difficult for me to assemble it. The mistakes were mainly inverses of numbered pieces. However, after it was almost done, it looked nice and neat just as I imagined and the quality is good.

I am satisfied with the dressing table. The instructions were not complicated, as all the numbers were clearly presented, and everything was included in the set. The dressing table is very beautiful, and everything arrived without any damage. The LED lights shine nicely, making the dressing table even more useful. It also arrived faster than expected, in about 3 business days.

It was neat
It was neat, and delivered on time! But. It took me about 5 hours to complete the table. It was send to me in about a 1000 parts. Came with a good description but...really difficult to make.
