I ordered and payed at the 28th of December, but still didn't get anything and they don't help you. They say all the time that you have to wait longer²

The quality of the chipboard material is very poor! When my husband was folding the table, the board cracked.
I'm in shock, the table legs are covered in plastik 🤦🏻‍♀️

It was really difficult to make. The instuctions were not right. Also something was broken so i can not use it. Bad quality. I am really disappointed

Assembling it is time-consuming because of lots of tiny pieces.
My mirror was broken in the delivery but when I reported they sent a new one immediately.

Instruction are in format A4, very small pictures, complicate to see the details, bad quality of paper ink and the wood pieces are not identified, therefore take too much time to follow the instruction preparing and intalling the wood pieces.

The table is exact like the picture, i like it!

Really good!! Ordering and sending of the item was quick and easy!!
Furthermore the quality was better than expected.
It took a while to get all the parts sorted and prepared for assembly, but once installed it's really a nice piece of furniture!!
It's just the way of packing why I don't give a five star rating.....
Unpacking means styrofoam everywhere, which is annoying!!
This needs improvement.

Amazing customer service. Always got reply within 30 minutes and they immediately arranged a replacement (and return shipment) of the damaged product. Unfortunately, it took DHL three attempts to be able to deliver a mirror without breaking it…

I have not received my order and they will not refund my money. bad service and scammers

What went wrong? Everything went wrong!!!
First, I received a broken mirror, and two identical parcels for the kaptafel (instead of them completing each other).
After contacting the customer service, they graciously sent another mirror that is also broken and sent the second half of the kaptafel of a completely different model. Truly, what a mess?
Now, we are in the process of returning and the pick up date is delayed twice!!!!
Beware and read the reviews maybe you can prevent a scamming purchase!

Very bad quality

very small. I did not expect it to be like a toy or for children

Much longer delivery time than written on website.
a little could be expected butr it was now about 3 weeks.
Some boards were a little damaged. chips were broken loose.
one board has a big crack over the full lenght. luckily this was a end plate of a drawer.
the youtube video was completely different mounting instruction than the printed manual delivered with the package

quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price

The bottom shelves of the cabinet drawers were missing. I received a new package with the shelves but also other parts. I had to return the other parts but it's not good for the environment if a package of 19.5 kg is sent back and forth unnecessarily. Besides I had to arrange that the package is being returned via a postal service point. I needed a car for that and 19.5 kg is quite heavy, so that was also unnecessary effort.

I found the instructions difficult and some holes were not pre-drilled. The tabletop does not connect neatly to the cabinet. The tabletop shows slight damage in a few places, because the varnish has come off so you can see the wood. The drawers of the cabinet open and close with difficulty. I want to leave it at that because the table is difficult to assemble. And I don't want to have to return a large heavy package again. I think € 240.90 is a lot of money for this quality.

This store offers great choice, reasonable prices end quick service.
My package arrived from Germany in my country within few days.
The manual to our the pieces together showed a clear image.
To my surprise the light bulbs contain a dimmer and various colors
The quality is beautiful and I use it every with much pleasure.
