Kaplan has been an extremely helpful site for my test review prep with several different features and learning modalities including a video library, a vast question bank, and thorough explanations for content material to ensure you're understanding what you're being tested on. It has built my test prep confidence considerably and I would highly recommend it over similar sources due to its visual accuracy and dynamic training options.

The whole learning process was interesting and informative; Comprehensive material, Incredible details in very digestible format. The live classes are extremely interactive and engaging with the perfect amount of challenging.

The module structure was informative, and the synchronous live tutoring was very helpful. The company makes itself very available to those who ask for help, and there is an abundance of practice resources.

We’ve had one of the worst experiences with Kaplan,…and it’s still ongoing. After purchasing an unlimited plan, my daughter can’t even use the 5 hours of tutoring included due to a system error.

Customer service is extremely limited, only available during a short weekday window, and response times are painfully slow. I sent three emails on some questions and didn’t hear back for over two weeks.

For what you pay, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Kaplan.

Great experience

I took the February 2026 bar exam after graduating from law school and felt extremely overwhelmed and anxious about the studying process. I chose Kaplan because I had previously used it for LSAT prep and had great success, so I trusted the program going into bar prep.

One thing that stood out to me early on was the level of support -- I remember Brad, who introduced me to the program while I was still in school, being incredibly attentive and always willing to answer my questions. The Kaplan bar prep program really helped me overcome my fear of the MBE and manage the stress of timing. The volume and quality of practice questions were tremendously valuable, as they exposed me to the structure and patterns of MBE questions, as well as the MEE and MPT formats. Along with the MBE practice, I found the MEE library to be one of the best tools for studying. Practicing with over 100 past real exam essays significantly boosted my confidence and helped me recognize recurring issues and how to approach them efficiently. I also found the AI essay grader to be a standout feature -- it provided immediate, detailed feedback and clear guidance on how to improve my performance.

By the end of the program, I had completed over 3,000 practice MBE questions and 100 essays. That level of consistent practice made a huge difference and allowed me to walk into the exam feeling prepared and confident in my approach. I am very glad I chose Kaplan for my bar prep journey and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a structured, comprehensive program that truly prepares you for exam day!

Kaplan really helped me in understanding difficult questions and how to approach math section using different methods.

Kaplan has helped me prepare for the NCLEX so much and made me feel ready to take the test.

It helped me switch from reviewing for the SAT to the ACT quickly. Good for becoming familiar with the differences between the two.

The things that made my experience great was the online teaching lessons, quizzes and tests. The helpful part of all three online materials was that the instructions were clear. I felt that the material accurately simulated the test material.

I didn't experience much revised questions in the NCLEX.

The teachers do a fine job of going over the information slowly and accurately pointing out important points and test taking strategies.

The Kaplan college entrance exam went well and would recommend you again.

Engaging and helpful course. Only concern-- it didn't cover the writing segment of the ACT, but my score improved dramatically in Math, English, Science, and Reading. Kind and helpful teachers!
