Parcel never arrived 😢
Placed order for Eid gifts well in advance, but they never arrived! Karaca blame DHL but can’t get through to a human being to speak to. Now waiting in limbo for DHL to confirm the parcel is lost so I can get the items re shipped or returned. Have been waiting over a week.

Refund
I returned my tea machine ( Order No IRAVSPM632F ) on 16th January and on 4th February they asked for my bank details for a refund. On 9th February they sent me an email saying I would receive my refund within 14 business days. Today, exactly 30 business days and I still haven't received my refund. I called customer service few times and sent emails several times all they said was that, they had forwarded the matter to the relevant department, but no one has given me any information about why there's such a delay or when I will receive my refund. I am very disappointed and I will never shop at Karaca again.

I broke my coffee jug so couldnt use my coffee machine any more. I quickly realised that no replacement jugs on the internet would fit as the original jug was unique to that machine. I got in touch with the team at Karaca who were very helpful. Within 10 days they sent me a replacement free of charge.
