I purchased several items from Karaca…
I purchased several items from Karaca UK on 31/12/2025, including plates and a teapot.
After only a few normal uses, the plates developed visible cracks and the logo on the back faded significantly after dishwasher use.
The teapot has also developed permanent staining and surface deterioration on the exterior, which does not come off even after cleaning.
These issues occurred under normal use and clearly indicate poor product quality. It is very disappointing that multiple items from the same purchase are affected.
I have contacted customer service with photos and my receipt and expect a full refund or replacement in line with UK consumer rights.
