My first big boy watch purchase online. So smooth and great service. Will repeat again.

Buying a watch for over $10 thousands dollars online can be very discouraging and stressful. Because of the trustworthiness of Chrono24, I considered using that site as an alternative to the months long waiting list at Rolex. My experience trying to buy the watch I wanted was not easy. THEN, I discovered Kara's Watches and it was a dream come true. This is the biggest purchase I have ever made online. My anxiety led to having so many questions about the watch and the purchasing process. Shane answered every single one of my calls; some of which were outside the store's listed normal business hours. After I decided that I wanted to purchase the watch, I expressed that I needed to speak to my lady before making the final decision. The watch was then held and removed from Chrono24 for 2 weeks with a 10% deposit down. 5 days later, I purchased the watch. Shane called me while Fedex was at the store picking up the watch to ensure safe and preferred delivery was ensured. I was then called when the watch arrived at the pick up facility, not from FEDEX, but by Kara's Watches. The watch arrived brand new in original packaging and Warranty card. This level of customer service has earned Kara's watches my loyalty and I will contact them first before looking anywhere else for another luxury watch. I couldn't be anymore happy about the experience!

First time purchasing a watch online (Rolex). Kara's Watches walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable with each step of the process. My transaction included trading in another watch and that aspect was also handled exceptionally well. The Rolex was as described and received in very short order. Kara's Watches (and Shane) will be the first place I look for future watch purchases.

Quick delivery and the watch was delivered exactly as advertised.

I purchased a new Rolex Submariner from Kara's Watches. Shane was very professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. He was very patient with me, explained the process from start to finish and answered all of my questions (even though I called him several times). They did not have the watch in hand when I purchased it but Shane explained to me when he expected to receive it and assured me they would indeed receive the watch. He also assured me the watch would be in new and unworn condition. Sure enough, he received it exactly when he told me he would and it arrived as described - new and unworn with all the boxes and papers.

I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from Kara's Watches again. It was an overall very pleasant experience.

Shane is indeed the best watch dealer I have met. I have been asking a lot of question and he answered every single one with patient. The watch came from Florida to LA for only 24 hours. Definitely recommended.

The response time & service was outstanding. I placed the order around noon on Friday. had the watch delivered to my house the next day before noon. The gentleman who I dealt with was very nice and professional. Answered all my questions in detail and handled all the details. The watch arrived as described. It was a new watch and it was in perfect shape. It was priced lower than anyone else I could find. I am pleasantly surprised with the whole positive experience. I had visited a couple stores in the L.A. area, but demand is very high and you either have to know dealers, or get lucky walking into a store that has the watch you’re looking for on display. After failing at my walk-in attempts, I went online and found Kara’s watches on Chrono24. I already had an idea of fit, and how the watch looked on me. It was just a matter of finding the exact model I wanted. Kara’s watches had it in stock and for a great price (having shopped around already).
