Knowledgeable and kind
Was referred here by my orthopedist. Long, careful fitting. After two visits, now have 2 pairs of Hokas with carbon fiber plate inserts, so comfortable and protective. Will return to Karavel the next time I need shoes.

EXCELLENT customer service!!!! I called looking for a pair of shoes that was sold out everywhere else I looked online.. including Hoka’s own website! Luckily, Karavel had my size and got them shipped to me immediately so I could get them in time for a trip a few days later. I got them the VERY NEXT DAY in DFW and paid no extra shipping charge! Next time I’m in Austin, I will seek out this place and buy more shoes from them again! I wish I would have caught the guy’s name, but hopefully he’ll see this review and know how much I appreciated the help. I would have sworn this kind of service didn’t exist anymore!
