I ordered two pair shoes. One pair was exactly as ordered. NICE shoes!
Other pair.... Wrong size in box, had a 75% markdown label on box (I received a 50% markdown..). Karavel didn't have my size in stock, so these have to be returned. PITA....
Otherwise... I may need to visit new store in Austin when it opens. Best to buy footwear in person I'm afraid.

Excellent customer support!
I appreciated that my order was shipped very quickly after I placed it. Also, I had a small issue with the shoes when I received them but I emailed customer service and it was resolved immediately. Great customer support! I would definitely order from Karavelshoes.com again.

Happy I can shop Karavel online
I like going in the store. I tell the staff what I’m wanting to do and they bring me a comfortable shoe that fits my need and my feet. This was my first online purchase. Wanted a different color of some Hokas that I bought in store. Wanted to buy local. I was happy to see that Karavel was online. Ordered on Saturday. Shoes arrived on Tuesday. I’m a happy camper!

Boots look like they may have been a floor model with some slight shine in the suede on the toes and some slight wear on the sole on the right boot. However, a good value and these boots are no longer available elsewhere in my size so I'm happy.
