Called in today. Had to wait but was acknowledged as soon as operator could.

Could not fault the service I received. Really helpful. Took the parts I needed from a unit that wasn’t required and gave them to me for free. (Karcher OC3 portable washer)

Speedy, efficient and delightful customer service. I broke the handle of my Karcher K5 power washer and a brief phone call and email to Sam enabled him to sort my issue very easily. How wonderful to find a big brand like Karcher supported by such helpful suppliers

Not being at all technical, I found the installation of a new and inexpensive part very daunting. Sam was a star and Henritta's referral was also inspired.

Having been given a very old K2 power washer missing it's lance, I contacted Karcher (Betchworth) to source a replacement. Friendly efficient service backed up with in depth knowledge of exactly what was needed.
Lance arrived via courier next day.

I visited the Karcher Betchworth Centre for the first time with my SC 5 Steamer because the nut on the water tank would not open due to limescale. The chaps there were all really helpful and they released the nut and gave me great advice and service. I would highly recommend them. Sid

The Dirt buster lance was stuck to the gun on my old Karcher K2. Visited the Betchworth premises and the problem was resolved in minutes without charge or fuss. This is the third time I've visited in recent years and expectation has always been exceeded. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

I had a leak on the K4 and took it to my local agent down in Betchworth. Friendly and expert staff tried a simple quick part replacing a plastic joint from pump. This didn;t work but the other plastic connections was the issue by default. All repaired within the next 2 days and much cheaper than a new one! They even threw in a new lance hose after noticing a small split

My junior pressure washer developed a problem. I swung by JMS unannounced and they tested the washer on the spot, identified the problem and supplied a replacement part there and then. This is what good service is all about, I am one happy customer! Thank you!

Outstanding Service at Kärcher!

I visited Kärcher today regarding an issue with my steam iron, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. The staff went above and beyond to help – they checked the product thoroughly and, without any fuss, replaced the faulty iron on the spot. I left as a very happy customer and truly appreciated their professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend Kärcher for both their products and their excellent customer service!

Took my K5 Karcher for a service expecting to be without it for a few days but was actually inspected whilst I waited. The guys are really knowledgeable and very helpful. They are not there to sell you a new machine at great expense when a little TLC can often get the existing one up and running and good as new.

Very helpful, delivery next day, packaged very well in the centre of the box, in a very clever suspension material, I've never seen before.Parcel delivery driver excellent, tracking spot on.

I didn’t even need to bring my Karcher K4 pressure washer in – I simply sent a short video showing where it was leaking from on the back. Richard was incredibly helpful, quickly identifying the part that might need replacing and providing clear, detailed instructions on how to fix it myself. His advice saved me a lot of time, hassle, and expense. Excellent customer service and expert knowledge – highly recommended!
