Outstanding service and support
This was my first visit to the Blechtworth centre and I received first class service, very friendly and throughly professional. As it happens there was little wrong with my K5 Karcher except some minor adjustment (which I should have done myself). They didn't want to charge but I decided to buy an accessory as a contribution ! I would have no hesitation in recommending them - and particular thanks to Richard, who was a star !

Went to karcher betchworth yesterday as needed a new control head. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to telling me about newer updated parts and also helping me with my knowledge. Done me a very good price, well worth the trip, will use again.

I have always found the people at Betchworth very helpful on the relatively few occasions when I have had an issue with my pressure washer. I visited this morning hoping to get a new filter for the water inlet on my old and obsolete model. When the part number did not appear in their system, a staff member found one of their older employees (about my age!) who remembered the unit and knew where to find what I needed. They also supplied me with some spray nozzles free of charge. They could not have been more friendly AND they solved my problem!

Hedge trimmer bought from Karcher Outlet
Hedge trimmer bought from Karcher Outlet failed upon first use. Replacement couldn't be used more than once because the battery failed (wouldn't charge) after being stored over winter, it appeared completely dead. Karcher warranty 6 months meant I'd wasted my money expecting the product to last more than a few months. I'd say buy with caution because the product is poor and so is the service. Disappointed could do much better.

CONTACTED KARCHER JMS AT BETCHWORTH ON MONDAY 1/3/21BECAUSE WE WANT TO BUY A HARD FLOOR CLEANER FC05. THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE IN STOCK BUT SAID THEY COULD GET ONE THE NEXT DAY, AND WOULD CONFIRM THIS. STILL WAITING FOR RESPONCE 4 DAYS LATER. IF I RAN MY BUSINESS LIKE THAT IN TODAYS CLIMATE I WOULD DESERVE TO GO DOWN THE PAN. VERY POOR SERVICE AND UNPROFFESIONAL.
