I recently purchased a couch from Kardiel. I've never done that online before. Typically I would want to see it in person. However, I'm so glad I did. The couch is AWESOME. I absolutely LOVE it. Great quality, comfortable, stylish, and really stands out as a high end piece of furniture. The ordering process was extremely smooth. Great customer service, shipped on time as promised. I've browsed their website and they have tons of cool stuff. Highly recommend checking them out.

I spent weeks of research and bought the Madison sofa. Our building supervisor's wife and assistant helped receive the sofa for us since we were not home. They both see sofas all the time and really like the Madison saying it was really pretty.

The agent that helped me at Kardiel was very professional and friendly.

The shipper they used called me the day before it was to arrive and gave a choice of time frames to expect the sofa.

Came with no damage. After Kardiel even contacted me to see that I was happy with the sofa.

Great customer service. We bought Kardiel tub, the next day we were contacted by customer service to remind us that we forgot to choose freestanding faucet to go with this tub. Apparently, we didn’t notice that company was running a promotion and the faucet ( value around 900 dollars) was free. Customer service helped us to choose the right faucet and order was placed right away. We would recommend this tub, faucet and company to anyone.

I am now the proud owner of the Kardiel Gravity Chaise Lounge, Brown & White Cowhide, with matching pillow. I have dreamed to own one of these chaise lounge chairs for years, ever since a friend got one from a snooty antique store 20+ years ago. This summer, I completely rebuilt my glass-walled sun room, and decided to treat myself to one of my own. This is a first class piece of work, visually and structurally. The hide is the real deal, and the metal structure holding it all together is rock-solid. To think this is a design almost 100 years old is amazing. It is comfortable to "lounge" in, but, I just might enjoy looking at the damn thing even more than sitting in it. It even smells good. An important thing to note is this chaise is not that big at all....for years I was hesitant to buy one of these, thinking it was too big and would overwhelm the room. Honestly, it is not massive. So much of today's mainstream home furnishing have become so "XL" sized, this beauty is almost petite by comparison. Yet I am 6'2" and can "lounge" completely comfortably on it for hours. It stops people in their tracks and ignites conversations. And at this price, it is a steal. Buy it without hesitation!

I ordered two womb chairs. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and product. The chairs do not come assembled, but it is very easy to attach the frame to the chair. One of chairs frame is a bit wonky and took effort to get screws to seat properly, and the chair is a bit wobbly (but it sits on carpet, so it isn’t noticeable). Kardiel tells me that in time it should settle and be just fine. The other chair was perfect!
The feet on the chairs come coated in a plastic film to protect during shipping. This stuff is time consuming to remove.
When it comes to communicating with the shipping/delivery company, I suggest waiting to be contacted by them to set up delivery. Do not contact them first. The shipping/delivery is subcontracted out and I set up delivery only to sit at home and no delivery happened. I was then contacted by the sub contracted company, and delivery happened as scheduled (the second time). So, just wait to be contacted and all will be fine.
Again, overall I am pleased with the chairs and my purchase. Communication with Kardiel has been good, too. I would consider purchasing from them again in the future.

I love the Kardiel Retropolitan Lounge chairs. I recently purchased three for my company's office in San Diego and they look amazing. The color, the texture, and the overall look gave the office a pop of color. I like the fact that the chair rotates going all the way around and its comfortable and it offers a head rest. I would definitely recommend this chair!

I had a great experience ordering the Stuart chair and ottoman from Kardiel. Delivery was on time and everything came to our house fully assembled and in perfect condition. The chair looks great and is comfy. Would definitely recommend to others!

I purchased a Jackie sofa on August 31, 2017. The sofa was not packaged well. The wooden frame was broken and 3 of the 4 wooden legs had damage. The sofa was unusable and sat upside down in my living room. The company refunded $75 for my trouble and shipped new legs and a new frame. Today, November 3, 2017 I finally received the replacements. 3 of the 4 wooden replacement legs had damage. I used wood stain to try and hide the damage, as there didn't seem to be much point in asking for a third set. The drill holes on the wooden frame did not line up with the upholstered frame of the sofa so we had to drill new holes in the frame. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience. The sofa is of mediocre quality at best. For the price, I would have expected more. Incredibly disappointed with the entire experience.

I had not heard of Kardiel before but it was love at first sight when when we saw the photo of the Eleanor right-sided sofa online -- similar to a chaise but longer with no back on the last 1/4 of the sofa. We love Eleanor even more now that she is in our living room. The color Neptune is perfect for our wood hues -- a beautiful greenish blue that is subdued and not jarring like most upholstery called teal. We've been looking for a sofa like this for 15 years and compromised by purchasing two chaise lounges we never really liked. Eleanor is not a compromise and may even be an improvement over the sofa my husband had a great nap on in a Hilton in Brussels years ago. Kardiel's customer service is superb (the company president even sent an email to make sure we received it ok) and the sofa is meticulously well crafted. A hidden zipper runs down the inside of the one-piece mattress, so as wear sets in, we can even out the down feathers to keep it looking new. Oh, it also is very comfy for my tall husband to sit and stretch out on. It is thinner than most chaises and streamlined so it does not overpower our living room -- just what we wanted. Now we are thinking of buying the matching Eleanor full sofa. I would not hesitate in purchasing from Kardiel again -- we are price conscious and feel Kardiel is great value -- especially since their furniture is made in the USA!

We ordered the Jackie Loveseat in White Aniline Leather and we love it. The leather is soft, resilient and beautifully stitched, and yet the sofa provides firm support. We used white glove delivery, which I would recommend. The customer service at Kardiel is exceptional. Now we are thinking about a dining table and chairs.

Attention Canadian buyers !!!!! Have been into MCM for over 30 years and did my research online to this purchase coconut chair . You would think buying a piece of furniture online would be a hassle not the case with this company . Having history of ordering online with Kardiel or speaking to one of their friendly representatives was easy and smooth experience . As they have a brick and mortar store and actually speaking to a representative one can feel secure giving out your Visa # . As doing my research Kardiel has a large amount of inventory and if they do not will show date when will be arriving . Many online sites and even storefronts in Canada one would have to wait up to 3 months and would have to pay before hand . Larry L

Ordered the Kardiel Retropolitan in Caribbean blue for my wife. The only thing she likes more than the look of it is the comfort. It's a comfortable, well built piece of furniture.

Ordering was a great process - very easy and streamline. Customer service was able to answer all of our questions about pricing and shipping. We were able to get a free shipping promotion which was wonderful. The follow up email from customer service was unexpected but great since not many companies do that anymore. I really appreciated it and plan on ordering from this company again.

I would work with Katdiel again. There service was amazing my cubix sofa is such great quality. Above expectations!
