I ordered two sets of pillows for our mid century modern reproduction sofa. LOVED the print and it was perfect. Pillows arrived quickly, but due to a packaging error, there was only one set. Got on the chat app with a helpful employee and had the rest of my pillows in two days. I did end up putting puffier inserts in them, as the ones they came with were too flat, but OMG, these are gorgeous. Great customer service!

I visited the Kardiel outlet to get a womb chair. The chairs are HEAVENLY to sit or lounge in, and I've wanted one of my own for years. Kardiel advertised on Craigstlist that they had a few that they would let go for a REALLY good price. Sadly, it turns out the ad was mistaken, they'd meant WING chairs not WOMB chairs, and none of the colors the ad mentioned were in stock. I was disapointed but I'd known it was a gamble in the first place... I never expected what they did next. They sent a guy back in the warehouse to get me one of the brand-new, not-yet-released womb chairs that they had just received, and they were gonna sell it to me at the advertised price! Even better, he found two colors in their warehouse, one of which was a knitted wool fabric much tougher and hardier than their normal stuff. They let me choose whichever I wanted! I got the knitted one, brand new from the packing crate, at the deeply discounted Craigslist price. I've never seen a company stand behind an erroneous ad like that. I had no expectation that they would do this for me and I didn't scream or yell or have a fit. They just kindly, considerately went out of their way to make me the happiest customer they've ever had, and I truly appreciate it! The next time I am furniture shopping, I will definitely give them more of my business, I hope you'll do the same!

I ordered a freestanding bathtub and was pleased to see it arrive well packaged and protected for shipping. All arrived quickly and without damage. The company followed up by email just to ensure it had arrived as expected and that I was satisfied with the product. The drain connection hose did initially leak, however I was able to seal it with silicone and install as expected. My experience with Kardiel was fantastic and would recommend them to all my friends.

Not only was the staff professional, but they worked with me through a slightly unconventional sale with grace. The sofa we purchased is very well made, and really stylish. My customer was ecstatic when we were unboxing it for her! I have Kardiel on my shortlist next time we're looking for midcentury modern pieces for clients.

I bought a Florence (Knoll) chair in black leather from Kardiel. Customer service was good with follow up, delivery, and scheduling. Chair seems nice enough, obviously not the quality of an original Herman Miller type product but it looks good, the leather is good, chair seems well made. All in all, I'm satisfied with the ordering, delivery and the product. Haven't had the chair very long so don't know how it will wear over time but I have no reason to think anything will be wrong with it. Saved a bundle on the price, too!

We purchased a Parva tub and Snoqualmie filler and are extremely pleased with the quality. There was a blemish on the filler stand and base and customer service immediately found replacement parts and handled our account in an efficient, professional and friendly way. I would definitely purchase from Kardiel again!

My wife and I recently bought an Aniline Italian white leather sofa and chair set from Kardiel. Delivery to our building requires Certificate of Insurance and scheduling of a freight elevator. The Kardiel representatives were very quick to turnaround our requests and the delivery men did a fantastic job of protecting the leather as they unpacked the furniture and positioned the pieces in our home. Very high quality product and service. Would recommend them to anyone!

We recently purchased four freestanding tubs and four tub fillers from Kardiel. From the very start, the customer service was excellent! I was able to call and talk to a representative to ensure that we were able to get get the tub fillers free of charge with each of the tubs (it was a special they were running). The customer service rep was friendly and extremely helpful and made the entire process and order placement so easy! The tubs and fillers were shipped quickly, and the entire order arrived together with no problems. We had a brief problem with a drain in one of the tubs and the CEO of Kardiel reached out to help us resolve the issue. I can not say enough about the excellent customer service! We will definitely be buying from Kardiel again!

After months of browsing, researching, and reading buyer reviews, I purchased the 59 inch Parva tub in March of this year for our newly constructed home. Everything from ordering, requesting a delay in shipping, actual shipping, delivery and setup of product was flawless.
This was installed in August but I wanted to take the time to use the product for a couple months prior to placing a review.
The tub is comfortable, retains heat well, and is easy to clean. The faucet has great water pressure and is easy to operate.
Final thoughts...I LOVE this tub and would not hesitate to order another in the future!

I love the Trumpet Swan chairs I received. However I paid for the delux delivery and didn't receive the service promised. I reported this at the time of delivery and was told my only option was to refuse delivery with no date for redelivery. I was assured I would receive a refund of the difference between the 'sidewalk' and 'delux' delivery for which I continue to wait.

Ordered a wonderful modern leather chair from Kardiel. The item was not in stock when I placed the order, but the personnel at Kardiel gave me accurate timelines as to when to expect the delivery.

The quality of the material was quite good, which is great because I had a little trepidation at first since I was ordering it sight unseen, but it was the only leather version of this iconic chair that I could find.

I will definitely order from Kardiel in the future and will refer my friends to them when looking for well priced modern reproductions of iconic furniture.

CEO, followed up with personal emaill on product. Tub lookjs great in our newly remodeled bath. After looking atvmany tubs and website Kardiels Helifax tub seemed the best quality and pricing was very competitive or more value than other companies.
Had a hiccup with shipping company and Kardiel spearheaded to get it resolved. One team member whom empowered herself, followed up, followed through and was extremely helpful was Nadira. She was first class-five star with her customer service and stellar performance. Trust me her job is not easy, coming from customer service industry myself, she impressed me with the level of service. I also worked at a luxury five diamond resort, you know the one with the cobalt blue and lion logo, she would be recognized there at that level for her service. Thank You Nadira for a pleasurable experience....

I ordered the lc3 chair thinking for the price, I had nothing to lose, “well I was so wrong” not only is this chair extremely comfortable, it’s basic construction is very similar to the much higher priced version by Cassina. The customer service was extremely helpful with resolving a issue with the chair. I think I maybe placing another order. Soon.

We purchased the Kardiel Stuart chair about a month ago and totally love it! Not only is the chair really comfortable, supportive, and stylish, but Kardiel's customer service was truly wonderful. We don't have much more room in our house for big furniture purchases but should we need anything, we will turn to Kardiel, and of course recommend its products to all friends and family.

I absolutely love this company! I used to stop by their headquarters in West Sacramento frequently to purchase items. Now, they are near Seattle with a beautiful showroom and I miss them terribly:( My last purchase was a Grey/Ash Color Theory Credenza. I absolutely love it! It is very well made. The drawers and doors work smoothly and the wood and painted surfaces are beautiful. I was a tad concerned with the delivery/shipping since I used to take my items home in the back of my vehicle but the customer service gals assured me there wouldn’t be a problem. And there was not. I was sent specific instructions on how to take delivery from the freight company. We used the mid level delivery service, which takes the item just inside your front door. If you are a single gal I would recommend “White Glove” service. Not to be sexist, I’m female but the credenza was so well crated and packaged to avoid freight damage that it took my husband and I quite some time to get it unpacked. It was well worth the effort. Thank you Kardiel for making such awesome furniture!

We purchased an Arne Jacobsen Egg Chair from Kardiel and could not be more pleased! The chair is identical to the same chair carried by DWR, selling for up to $30,000 in leather. The leather on our chair is top quality (not bonded leather), as is the rest of the chair. The white glove delivery was well worth it and hassle-free. I would absolutely order from Kardiel again. Customer service was fast and friendly and the chair is top-notch!
