I ordered a pair of the Woodrow Box chairs from Kardiel and I couldn't be happier. After my order I immediately received a call telling me that only one was currently available but instead of shipping me just one and then another one a week later, they would like to hold off so that I would receive a perfectly matched pair.

The following week I received just that. Delivery was great, packaging was sturdy and confidence inspiring and the chairs are amazing. I get compliments on them from everyone who has walked in my home.

The ordering process was simple, the staff was considerate and the product is great. I would highly recommend Kardiel and I will be buying more from them in the future.

Love the ball clock we just received. Timely delivery and the package was well wrapped. Would definitely order from this company again.

I ordered the Jackie three seat sofa and matching chair. Both are great and the customer service has been fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for furniture .

I purchased two Monroe chairs in the sale in January of this year. They are a beautiful addition,of high quality and very comfortable. Was completely impressed with the shipping, the chairs were extremely well packaged and arrived with zero issues. The follow up from the company has been totally but very pleasantly unexpected. Buying online can be a little nerve wracking but in this case I am so glad I found the Kardiel company.

Do not order a tub from Kardiel. I ordered the Pergamon 59 and designed a whole bathroom around this as the center piece, only to find out it does not drain. This tub is higher in the center than the outside perimeter edges so it never fully drains. I e-mailed Kardiel photos showing the issue and they offered to send a replacement tub. They were supposed to test the replacement tub prior to sending it, to ensure the replacement was working. Guess what... I got the replacement and it does the exact same thing... Find another company to order a tub from unless you want to have to manually clear the water from your tub after each time you take a bath... This company rarely answers the phone... during their supposed 9AM to 5PM PST hours... and now emails to customer service are not going through... See undeliverable e-mail below...

Are they even still in business any longer selling products that are manufactured with a severe design flaw? What quality control agent allowed a tub mold that doesn't drain to even be produced?

The agents at Kardiel were top notch. They answered all the minute questions I had. I was nervous buying a couch online. All of my concerns were talked about and created a sense of what I would ultimately receive. I would use Kardiel again with no reservations.

Perfect! I love my new sofa. It's a beautiful piece of furniture. Well made. The only con is figuring out how the legs go on. I'm still not so confident about how I placed them.

I was lucky enough to snag the last Dutch Blue "Eleanor" sofa available in the configuration I wanted and I must add at a very nice price. Sadly, the legs were damaged in shipping.

The driver alerted me to the damage before he had even taken the sofa off the truck and offered to return the sofa. However, as I said this sofa was the last of its kind, since I think Kardiel has discontinued Dutch Blue. The driver noted in the paperwork that the piece was damaged and I guess we both assumed that Kardiel would contact me.

Luckily for me it was the back legs that were damaged, though if it had been the front legs, I would have been able to swap them around. Other than this, I love my sofa. I am very happy I was able to get this color, The price was right and I am very happy with the furniture.

I was a bit disappointed with the lack of follow through from Kardiel, but this will not stop me from ordering furniture from them in the future.

We ordered swatches before deciding on the color we wanted for the Edward sofa. We ended up choosing Dutch Blue which is a beautiful shade that fits nicely in our living room. Customer service was efficient and should we need more furniture, we will surely look at Kardiel again.

When I asked my Architect co-worker where I should shop for a couch he said...Kardiel.com. Well I did and asked my step-daughter to pick out a couch she picked out the EXACT couch/color/fabric as I did. I pulled the plug and put in an order that needed to arrive before Christmas. I also purchased the $99.00 delivery option where the truck driver helps you carry the sofa into the house. My strapping Step-Son arrived home for Christmas on the same day the warehouse said that my couch had arrived (more on that later). Unfortunately all of the trucks had left for their daily deliveries and they would not be delivering again until after Christmas. No problem...me and the lad drove to the warehouse and picked up the couch. I called Kardiel to cancel my shipping fee and they did once they contacted the warehouse. Yay! They credited my PayPal account quickly....My wife got her sectional couch on Christmas Eve....great service...great purchase....The dogs think that I bought them a new bed!

Kardiel delivered on everything they said. I called in to ask specific questions about the Florentine sofa color, dimensions, comfort and delivery process. They were very helpful and nice. I am impressed with the unique look of my sofa. The delivery went very well too. I was updated every step of the way. I highly recommend buying a Kardiel piece.

I'm a new customer to Kardiel and so far my experience has been very positive. Their catalog is filled with beautiful designs and their online store is very easy to maneuver. After my last purchase, there was an issue with the shipping company. Kardiel's customer service was on it! The problem was rectified quickly and professionally. The quality of my products are outstanding. Beautiful leather and a very clean design.

I highly recommend Kardiel to anyone looking for high quality furniture at reasonable prices.

We build homes for a living and we love these tubs and fixtures. We have ordered several different styles and love them all. Since the first free standing tub we put in, we haven't done anything different because the customers love them. Great products, great service.

We love the sofa we just bought from Kardiel - it was well-priced and of good quality and was delivered free of charge in a timely manner.

We bought a set of Jackie chairs & the love seat in Midnight Oil. We were looking specifically for a clean, elegant design that was still comfortable -- these are just perfect! The Jackie style is VERY roomy; we're tall and can sit comfortably against the back, someone short might need a throw pillow. (I can sit cross-legged in the chairs with room to spare). The seats are soft but don't allow for sinking in, and the fabric is fairly soft with a really beautiful color. All in all we're quite happy with our purchase!

We ordered a beautiful Papa Bear chair from Kardiel and are very pleased with our purchase. The price was significantly lower than competitors, it came with an ottoman, and it was shipped it for free. The shipper was slow to update their system and the promised delivery date (from the shipper, not Kardiel) was missed but Kardiel was more than happy to answer questions, check on the order, and follow up to make sure everything went smoothly. Great service.

I have bought a sofa and paid for white glove delivery service. The courier that they had a contract with is very unprofessional -they missed the delivery twice even though I was at home both times and destroyed the boxes the sofa came in with.
The material used for sofa was so poor now that I wanted to return this sofa, they quoated me 900 dollars for return and re-packaging for 1600 dollar sofa (even though the courier company was the one who destroyed the original box). It has been a week since I requested the return and Kardiel has been very reluctant to arrange a return.
Never had such a poor quality of service in the US. I do not normally write a review but I was compelled to do this so other people do not need to suffer.

All of my interactions with Kardiel were really positive, and I love the Jackie loveseat that I ordered. The color is vibrant and beautiful and the couch is wearing well and is comfortable. The only glitches in my experience were with the shipping company they contract with, and that the couch arrived damaged. The shipping company was about ready to push the couch out of the back of the truck, since there was only one person operating it and no lift gate. Luckily our landlord caught him before any damage occurred there. The wooden trim on the loveseat was scratched, presumably before shipping, and the scratches had been covered with black marker and were not camouflaged at all. Kardiel offered us several options for resolution within a few days, and all is well. They have a great product and pretty good customer service. I would definitely recommend the company if you are looking for mid-century modern style.
