DO NOT BUY, REPEAT, DO NOT BUY! Big time SCAM! States it’s Leather, you get VINYL. States 100% refund, when I complained they offered 20%, I said NO, they offered 30%, I said your add said FULL REFUND, no response! Complete CHINA SCAMMERS!

I believe all the red flags, but I still ended up with a reasonable handbag. It is true. I am not sure if the main part of the bag is leather. It doesn’t seem like pure leather however it is clear that the handles and the inner lining are not leather this means that the bag will probably not last very long. The bag was true to its picture in its design. I have not tried it out yet, but I am distressed that it appears it will not stand up on its own despite having the four metal pieces that aim to do so. Also, the dimensions in the ad were clearly off by 10 inches on one side. I tried to Alert Karen bags to this evident typo, but there was no way to do so.

If I could give a lower star I would. Products were nothing like the quality pictured. Certainly not leather it’s plastic vinyl junk. Very dissatisfied. Wish I’d read the reviews first. All gone straight in the charity bin.

It's Mosi again. This seller appears to be buying reviews now. The commercials are AI generated content. There's glitchiness throughout. The woman "spokesperson" does not exist. The company is located in China.

I'd give then a zero if I could. Total scam. Paid $NZD101, for advertised hand crafted leather bag. Received a plastic piece of crap. Refund policy is non existing. Told to send it back, in its package at my expense. Refund would be 30% only. I emailed back saying I'm going to put negative reviews everywhere. They email with a 40% Refund, take it or leave it. DO NOT buy anything from this scam outfit!!!

This bag is like the quiet friend who always has their life together. Doesn’t scream for attention, but it always gets noticed. It’s comfortable, holds everything I need, and still looks brand new after daily use. I’m in love.

I ordered 5 bags and there not real leather, I think there from China and they were delivered by UniUni whoever that is! So this is a scam!

This is NOT leather! Wish I had seen these reviews before I fell for the scam. The 5 star reviews have got to be AI generated or paid liars. Repeat...NOT leather!

I made a purchase on 4/8 and received my bag on 4/26. So completely disappointed, and should have read the reviews here first. I am a leather nut, having been an equestrien for my entire adult life and know my leather products. The description of my bag was sturdy leather, not the thin plastic, stinky crap with poor stitching that is fit for the trash. I knew something was up when the billing came through as Hong Kong, so I knew I was screwed when it didn't come from "Karen's Bags" shop in the US. I despise liars. Don't do it. Oh, and I didn't fall for the follow-up sales scams from Karen's "daughters" thankfully.

This is complete deception. These bags are plastic crap coming from China and worth nothing. They look nothing like the pictures. The fine print in the so called return policy is not only convoluted, it says that once they get the item back, they will decide if it qualifys for a refund. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and see if that works.

I’ve gotten more compliments on this bag in one week than I have on anything else in my wardrobe. It’s classic without being boring, durable without being bulky, and stylish without trying too hard. Total win.

My colleague told me she bought some purses from a company that was going out of business and selling 2 for 1. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was a scam, and she received horrid, cheap pleather bags. Fortunately she doesn't even realize it, she's not a "purse person."

If they only put as much effort into their purses as they do their fake reviews! They are cracking me up: timeless, structured yet supple, the smell of the leather! You'd be better off using a tote from the supermarket, it would be cuter.

Hand made bags? Yeah right! When the bags are shipped from a port in China, Karen did not hand make it! Same AI for Karen as for Claire’s hand made jewelry! If you fall for this, you’re as crazy as I was for Claire’s jewelry! My hand made(lol) bag arrived 04/25/2025, if it is made of leather, it’s the thinnest, thread worn leather ever made! Looks like the material is recycled!

I am so glad to have not purchased one of these bags. I tried to get answers to a few basic questions without success and decided not to purchase since getting no live response to my questions. Glad to have dodged that bullet. Thank you to those reviews that opened my eyes to this scam.

. They kp saying reply 12-48hrs. Same stupid comment every time, bn 6days? No tags on the purs. Nothing says leather, mayb a scam. I'm not the least bit happy. I told them I was putting it out there its a Rip off. Pretty sure made in China.It didn't come frm the US.

I bought a cute cheap bag on Temu a couple of months ago for around $7.00. While looking around on Karen's website, I saw the exact same bag for $43.99! I'm glad I gave the site a really good look around before I bought anything! I'm going to have to say SCAM!
