Not up to the mark.

Like other reviewers, I found this to be a scam. My bag is already tearing after only a few months of where and I could tell that it was made cheaply. Don’t buy from this company!

Karen bags is a total scam. The site claims that each bag is meticulously crafted from leather. Once received the bag it was plastic when you try to return it the cost to send it back to China exceeds the cost of the item. Total rip off

The vintage square bag looks like something straight from an old movie. That brass clasp gives a lovely click every time, feels nostalgic somehow. I didn’t expect it to go with so many outfits, but it really does. Honestly, I’ve stopped switching bags altogether.

If I could give it a -10 I would. The purse smelled. Got to China sat for month's. Now heading back to me. Getting part of a return. This product is a scam ! Run far away from it!

The bag is absolute garbage not leather as advertised, it is dollar store quality junk! Warning to anyone considering purchasing one don't purchase, so disappointed.

The tote is strong and structured, but the strap is too short for me to wear comfortably. Works fine if I use the handles only.

The wallet is slim but the zipper catches sometimes. It still fits cards and coins well. Just wish the finish felt smoother.

I wanted to love this crossbody, but it feels smaller than I expected. It carries the basics, but not much more. The design is nice, just not practical for my needs.

This company is a scam don't buy anything from them.
They don't send you what you ordered and they won't pay to return it. They say all their bags are made in the US but they are made in China and very poorly made also.

Karen Bags is NOT affiliated with Karen Handbags LLC (Bolsa Nova). Please do not buy from them, they send cheap PVC bags and do not pay for returns. It appears that the woman on the website is generated by AI, and the story is not true. The bags are shipped from China. Please do your homework before buying from a new company.

BIGGEST SCAM. The handbags are not made of leather and they are made in China not California as the website claims. Same as others, they want me to fill out a form and mail the bags back to China and then they said they would give me a refund. I suspect shipping to China is more than my refund would be. Then they offered me 20% off and keep the bags to protect the environment. DON'T BUY THIS CRAP. I learned my lesson.

Who doesn’t love a good deal and a great looking leather purse, Not a deal and the purse is crap and don’t even get me started on the smell. Took it to two different leather stores on main street and it is not leather at all. Have wrote to them several times and all they offer is 10% back or you may pay for return shipping back to China and fill out all kinds of paperwork and I also sent them pics. Be more careful in the future

The worst company I have ever dealt with, scammed me good. The pocketbook stinks, cannot get the odor out of my house, not real leather a real piece of crap, spent $59.00 and a lesson learned, gonna call BBB and see if they can close them down then my lawyer, I want them off the Internet, gonna work real hard so that no one else has to go threw this. I heard it’s impossible to send back or get your money back, they haven’t heard the last of me

My friends keep asking me about this patchwork mini bag. The mix of colors looks playful but not over the top. It’s small but fits my phone and lip balm without any problem. It’s become a bit of a conversation starter.

Very disappointed. Received the bag today and it smells awful. Definitely not leather. The bag is cheaply made, not handmade and the lining is flimsy. Zippers are questionable. I definitely got shafted by the fraudulent web site. Like many others I am not paying shipping to China. Had I have known this was a Chinese company I would never have placed an order. Don’t trust this company. Will be contacting credit card company. Nothing on the web site indicates that returns are to China. Shoppers Beware!! Would give zero star rating if that were an option.

This is a fake advertisement. I ordered the so called one of a kind leather bag and it is not real leather. I used my PayPal account and was able to get reimbursed through the dispute program.

Just like the others said, complete scam!!!

I ordered 2 Karen bags and received them today. The designs are nice, but that is the only good thing I can say about them. Trust me when I inform you that these bags are NOT handmade and definitely NOT leather. These are machine made vinyl bags made in China. Its a Chinese scam. They are Not good qualty. They are dollar store merch. Its my mistake to have ordered these bags: a mistake I'll never again repeat.
