Karen Bags 

Please don't buy from here. It's a scam. I sent it back to China and it's still stuck in customs. I've sent several emails and was told it would only take 5-7 days to have the company pick it up from customs. It's been 1 MONTH since that response and it's still in customs. This is not right. The bag isn't genuine leather and it had a horrible smell.

Karen Bags is a website scammer. There is no one retiring and bags are cheaply made of substandard material. In order to return merchandise, they require that you ship it at your own expense to China. Do not fall for this business and their practice.

That is so very nice not only does she make leather bag's but she also makwa handcrafted jewelry. But her name is Emma and has a partner named Mia, and they too or fixing to retire. SCAM ON BOTH Jewelry and handbags made of leather.

A pure scam. Cheap materials, badly crafted. There is no "Karen bags", all from China. Asked for a return/refund and this is what I got:

I fell for this scam. The bag I received was paper thin and not worth $5. Obviously, cheaply manufactured in bulk, not from an individual artisan. Don’t let the pics of “ready-to-retire Karen” fool you. She doesn’t exist. Definitely, do your research on these kinds of claims BEFORE shelling over cash.

Looked into Karen Bags. This is a variation of the Claire Jewelry ad. As with the Claire Jewelry, this appears to be an AI generated ad and the products are most likely coming from China. I would be very skeptical and cautious about doing business with this site.

These bags are absolute garbage! It comes folded in a plastic bag from China, smells, and not of leather. I called my credit card company as soon as I received it and they refunded my account. I told them that if they wanted it back, they could pay the $50 postage and I would send them back to them. There is a fake U.S. and phone number.
Don’t believe these 5 star reviews! Absolute JUNK!

For the "discounted" amount I paid for a bag made of "finest full-grain leather," was too much money for the cheap, imitation leather bag that I received. Their site mentions a factory in Canada, but the bag I received came from CHINA! When I demanded a full refund, I was informed that I would have to pay for the return to a CHINA address!

Frustrated, I said, I did not want to shell out any more money for international shipping, a full refund of which sounded uncertain at this point. So, I told them I will keep the bag and donate it to the Salvation Army.

They offered a 25% refund and I can keep the bag. They claimed they credited my card today. Let's see how legitimate this mea culpa is.

I check TrustPilot anytime I am buying from a new company. I fall into the same traps that everyone else does. I want to eliminate my wrinkles and lose weight effortlessly. I don't want surgery and I don't want to exercise. The positive reviews are sometimes, well, too positive. One pattern I have noticed is that the sites that seem problematic have the bulk of their reviews are 5-star reviews and 1-star reviews. Very few 2,3, and 4-star reviews.

This bag is a complete disappointment!!! The effort to return it is not worth my time!!! I can't believe I fell for this "to good to be true" scam. The " I am retiring " pics and sentiment were total BS.
Do not waste your time and money on this product!!!

Product is not hand made. It is not leather, it is not refundable and the shipping is not free.

Do not buy! I received my bag after over a month of waiting. When the bag came, clearly I was ripped off!
This is not a genuine leather bag. It is plastic, disgusting chemical smelling plastic. Made like crap.

The website talks about a person who has done the work for years and is retiring and closing. The real story is the bags are made in China. They're not hand made leather bags. It's a scam.

I ordered 2 bags from this site. The 1st bag I ordered was a blue bag. When it arrived it was gray/green and not even the same style.
The 2nd bag I ordered was a white bag. When it arrived it was not even the same bag and it cream and looks nothing like the photo.
What a SCAM, do not order from this site. Says they are LEATHER and they are NOT.

This is one of many fake websites trying to rip people off. I searched the photo of “Karen” and found 3 full pages of the same photo, all with different websites and names. I can’t attach the link or the photo I searched because of Trust Pilot policy.

None of the products are actual leather. These are items being purchased from the Chinese site Temu.com and being resold via these fake sites at a huge markup and a touching story. Here is the company behind it, located in the U.S.:

SCAM ALERT – STAY AWAY!

I placed an order with Karen-Bags.com, and they charged my credit card immediately — but I never received the merchandise. I contacted their support team multiple times, and every time they gave me the same generic response: "According to tracking, your order was delivered." No proof of delivery, no signature, no actual confirmation that I received anything.

I’ve checked with neighbors, building staff, local post office — nothing. They refuse to refund me and continue to deflect responsibility, even though I clearly never got what I paid for.

After doing more research, I discovered that this company has horrible reviews across the internet, is flagged on scam alert websites, and is suspected of running a fraudulent drop-shipping operation. Their “customer service” is just smoke and mirrors.

This has caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. If I hadn’t caught the charge early, it could’ve led to late fees and credit issues. I’ve already reported them to my bank and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Do NOT order from Karen-Bags.com.
Save your money and avoid this headache.

BEWARE!!!!!! Crap product from CHINA. Only one of the three items ordered were even leather - as “ADVERTISED.” Of course, returning is too costly as there is NO US return warehouse. Learn from my stupidity!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE AND CHEAP PRODUCTS!!!!
