They didn’t deliver my order, I started a dialogue with them by email, at first everything was kind, they sent me a declaration and asked me to fill it out, which I did, after which I sent it to them in response to their email, then silence began. They didn't respond to emails or calls, I thought maybe some kind of problem, I sent it again through the site form and in response I received automatic replies, they say we will contact you within 24 hours. Offline I mean local store this is a great store but online it looks like it's a completely different company that is not responsible for their actions, I will boycott this brand in the future, I, like any other customer, do not deserve such a disregard, shame. Minus one client, scam!!!

Was calling every day, Karl’s team confirmed that refund was issued for a returned items and they told me that will send me an email confirming a refund, I did not receive anything until now, waiting 3 weeks already

I placed 2 orders during the previous weekend on KARL.COM, paid for EXPRESS DELIVERY and it has not been shipped or even prepared for transport for over 7 days. There is still no update and customer care don't know what's going on. "We have high amount of orders due to Final Sale", so maybe add "CANCEL ORDER" button or anything? You took the money and can't ship or cancel my order. I don't want to order it anymore.

I am writing to share my recent experience with your customer service and exchange policy. A few months ago, I purchased a pair of shoes from your brand that unfortunately get broke. I visited one of your stores to exchange them and was initially pleased that the staff member took the shoes back without any issues and asked me what I wanted to do with the voucher.
However, when I asked for the same shoes as a replacement, I was informed that I would need to pay the difference between the price I paid and the current price, as the shoes were no longer on sale. While I understand that sales and promotions have specific terms and conditions, I find this to be an unfair policy. First time I ever heard.
I would like to suggest that you consider a more customer-friendly approach to your exchange policy. For example, if a customer has purchased an item at a Original Price and the item later goes on sale, would you offer to refund the difference to the customer. This would provide an incentive for customers to continue shopping with your brand and help build a loyal customer base.
I hope you will take my feedback into consideration and review your exchange policy to ensure that it is fair and equitable for all customers.

I absolutely love the look of kl goods, however after-sales team is terrible(not attacking anyone personally - its the company issue). It is stated that items are under the 1 year warranty and I have reached out as my body crossed bag appeared to be poor quality/damaged and I asked if i could get this fixed and I was left to wait. I reached out again after a month and been advised that they cannot fix it or exchange the item for me so I’ve been offered a 20% refund. Now waiting for 5 month for a that complimentary refund and still going haha! I’ve been really looking forward purchasing more of the beautiful items however, price has to match the quality or at least they should be prepared for exchanges or refunds… Warranty service not provided will be taken this to customer rights so they can deal with it.

POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE.
I bought a KL product as a gift from their online website and had it shipped to UAE where I am based via my shop and ship account. I then noticed the product although plastic was badly marked and defected. I reached out via email to their customer service informing them about this and was casually brushed off by being told to take it to the shop of purchase. My request wasn’t even read. After repeated follow ups, I am now being ignored.
Extremely disappointing when big brands like this behave so poorly!
Latest update - I’ve been offered a 20% return on the item price. May be I should hand over the defective piece to my friend only with the 20% cash back and that should sort the matter. Please don’t call yourselves high end brands cause the likes of Marks and Spencer do much better.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am in USA and ordered a few items from them. I created a return label using their website and they issued me a DHL label. The next next day I dropped it off at DHL and the next day DHL called me and informed that the shipment is on hold. DHL was asking for the IRS TAX-EIN number from me.
I do not have an EIN number, I am not a business. The DHL people are so stupid that they wanted me to apply for the EIN number or provide them one, else they would return the shipment back to me.
I have been trying to reach Karl.com's pathetic low life customer service for days, but ZERO response. Right now I am stuck with $3000 of merchandise and will probably end up filing a dispute with my credit card.
DHL and Karl.com are not being helpful and I have no idea how to return the merchandise back to Karl.com. IF YOU ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE NETHERLANDS, PLEASE DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have ordered a crossbody bag on 17/01/2023 and have not received it yet. I have been contacting the support via email, but all I got is a no-reply message from the Customer Support Service that I’m GOING to be contacted back, but this is the 3rd day I’m waiting for the explanation about my package. I’m just exhausted!
I would like to have at least a refund, because I’m so tired… Horrible!

The customer service of tis company is just shocking! I ordered a bag on 20.01 and I still haven't received it almost a month later. I would have never expected this from such a big brand. I have emailed and called them a several times,and although the advisors I spoke with on the phone were very polite, they keep saying that they have no update for me and I just have to wait. No offers to resolve this,no suggestions for solution and I haven't been advised on timeline when this will be resolved. I feel absolutely scammed and really upset as the bag was supposed to be a birthday present. The birthday is now long gone and so is my money,but no present.

The customer service here is terrible. Clearly many many people have complained about it on here but nothing has changed.
Ordered three bags. Two cross body bags. One has a dust bag, but the other doesn’t. So I request another dust bag but they won’t send one. Even out of common courtesy this ‘Karl’ should send another dustbag. Same bags, same price point. Stupido!
What a shame when the bags are nice. Unlikely to use again!

Quick delivery in the Netherlands and great service. I returned an item and the refund was completed the same day as when I shipped it back! Never has that happened!
