I live in Singapore. I purchased a pair of shoes to be delivered to my friends place in NYC. The shoes were delivered but left outside by UPS and we’re stolen. When I contacted KL they asked for ten days to investigate. I waited the ten days but I really wanted the shoes so I asked for another discount code to reorder as I had so little time in nyc. They refused until they had finished the investigation. I waited. They then replied saying they were delivers and no refund. I called and spoke to Ian and explained the situation. I was promised a resolution in 24hours. Five days later nothing. I called UPS myself and they have confirmed I writing they left them outside on the step in NYC, of course they were stolen!!! KL have ignored me since my call they have done nothing to refund or help me. They have been the worst company I’ve ever have the misgivings of dealing with. I have no words, the WORST! I now just want my money back but I’m gonna have to call the credit card company and report them for fraud. That’s the only way this will be resolved. I’m so upset. Shame on them. Don’t buy anything from them

I ordered a couple of items on the karl.com website and found the website easy to navigate, received regular updates on my order and it was delivered fairly quickly.
Loved the packaging! And on top of that I received a set of beautiful Christmas cards. Would definitely recommend to shop there.

Not so good quality on material, very disappointed. Size run big. When I returned, the refund amount was short but no one ever responded to my email to fix the problem and no credit back. I would not recommend buying from Karl Lagerfeld.

To this day, I have no money and no order. Nobody answers me on the customer servise email. How can you help me if you don't even answer and I have to deal with it here? If I get any information from someone what was going on, that would be fine. But this really annoys me, a terrible attitude.

Update… After posting my disappointment on trustpilot, KL got in touch by here and email to try and resolve this. They have since been able to provide me with a way of returning the trainers and refunding the payment to my account, it really shouldn’t have come to me making a public complaint to resolve this, the customer service dept should have resolved this before me feeling the need to make a national complaint for 1000s of people to view. I am grateful that they did but disappointed with how this had to be dealt with publicly before being resolved. The order was placed in March 2021 and resolved in October that year, very disappointing although still resolved I would still not order directly from them and advise anyone to go to a local store to purchase. I can only say a humble thanks for the follow up from KL but only trough the aid of this trust pilot review 🙂
Do not order online. I ordered two pairs of trainers s I wasn’t sure on the sizing, gorgeous trainers I have to admit, but trying to return the ones which didn’t fit became impossible, I contacted customer service to help but it took so long for them to come back to me the returns period was up, they gave me extra time but still proved difficult as the address was too long to put in the returns portal but I managed to split and get it all in. I returned them through UPS. weeks later no confirmation so I emailed enquiring to be told they hadn’t arrived. Thought I would give it another week as I was going away but to my surprise on my return there was this badly damaged parcel on my doorstep which had been returned to me, the £175 trainers I returned approximately 4 weeks earlier! I’m now stuck with a damaged pair of expensive trainers which don’t fit me and I can’t return. Beware of ordering, go to a local shop you will get much better service!

I’m extremely disturbed. After receiving the order confirmation the night I ordered , mid morning I received an email stating my order was canceled. They would not answer why it was cancelled they stated I requested this. Once I confirmed I did not, they claimed it was a billing issue and for “ security reasons “ they couldn’t tell me why.Everything matches billing shipping and the name on card. I checked online and the bag price increased an additional $300 . It’s disappointing they would cancel and lie to me just to increase the cost. To top it off they said I need to look out for “payments team for future verification” warn I reorder. My CARD IS IN MY NAME AND BILLING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SAME. It never been this hard to buy a bag. Do not buy

I have been an avid Karl customer for years, love the designs but the product quality has gone down so bad lately that this week was the final one when I purchased something from Karl. Everything is made in China with very low quality standards, the cotton used for shirts is thin and see-through, the silk is not soft, the sneakers made of cheap plastic, the same applies to belts, everything.. Save your bucks and buy H&M, you will get the same quality MUCH cheaper. It is a shame that somebody decided to "optimize" in this way after Karl's passing and stain his brand so much. Very sad.

Absolutely fabulous quality! Delivered on time. Great product packaging (jacket was wrapped and packed in original box, then in parcel box).
The item was exactly the same as on web. Discount system for the first order. Standard delivery charge is €14. No extra charge for return.

They don’t care about customers , they care only about their money, as even this account is unclaimed and they don’t reply. Slow shipping, they didn’t ship my hoodie which was expensive and now they are procrastinating in refund, telling me that they are investigating with UPS and I shouldn’t use other stuff from the parcel... it’s awful!
My order was incomplete, delivery took them more than a week, and they refused to even partially refund me for missed item (i asked for a delivery fee refund). Very low standards, big barcode stickers glued to the products. Highly disappointed, not recommend to anyone.

I purchased a bag for my Wife from Karl Lagerfeld Online. I emailed customer services with a complaint (46321766) about the strap with images attached. The chain links have large gaps & the bag falls on the pavement because the leather tab that attaches to the strap slips through the gaps in the chain & as a result the bag detaches itself & falls to the ground.
KL replied on 07/02 'We contacted the relevant department on the matter and will get back to you as soon as possible', that was the last I heard despite contacting them via email on 2 other occasions since. The website states: 'We will respond to all queries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays'...this is not the case!
I am very disappointed in the level of customer service from KL, especially when my complaint is about a genuine design fault with the bag. They have taken way too long to respond to my case & as a result I am leaving a negative review.
Fast delivery and order processing. I ordered with express delivery (1-3 days) and received my order the next day. The item was neatly wrapped and delivered in a nice box.
