AVOID, a bunch of thieves - lied about delivery times, agreed to refund me, then the next day decided they didn't want to refund me anymore

I ordered several boxes which were advertised on their website with a 1-3 day delivery time. Despite repeated requests, they refused to provide a tracking number and the goods were late, so I cancelled the order. The goods eventually arrived after 9 days, so I refused the delivery. The company agreed to refund me, but then the very next day changed their mind and said they didn't want to!

I have had to initiate a chargeback with my bank to reclaim the money - I would strongly advise you to avoid using this company ever. Their customer service is disgraceful, they are thieves and they are liars.

We ordered custom sized boxes

We ordered custom sized boxes, made to the sizes we requiered.
We received Each of them in the time we were told, and we are very happy with the final product. We will be continuing to order from this company from now on.
They arrived well packed onto pallets and were in good condition

Completely disappointed

First of all, I’m making orders on the English version of their website. All the follow-up emails are sent in German. I don’t really understand how nowadays they can’t have at least some translation for their automatic emails.

Furthermore, we received the parcels yesterday. With covid measures in Belgium there is no contact with the delivery guy. He just drops the items in front of the store and then leave.

After inspection, some of the boxes were badly damaged. I took pictures and sent them to the customer service. As I would have done with any other company.

The answer was in German. I’ve obviously sent an email in English. And they told me they can’t do anything if they didn’t immediately asked the shipping company a proof of bad delivery. I never received the tracking I don’t even have the tracking number.

It was the third time I made an order. This was the last one.

Update :

You might be a German company but the website I made the order on was in English. Answering to an English email should be done in English. Telling me to use a translator is clearly not customer-focused.

Regarding the explanation, as I told you because of covid delivery guys just drop the parcels and go. We don’t have the time to check the parcel. That’s why you immediately got an email from us with the pictures.

I really find your answer quite harsh.

Karton.EU is continuing to bomb me with fake invoices

Please think several times in case you decide to purchase from this funny company. They want to steal your money and spend a lot of time to do it. Please read my long report below. Obviously their boxes are overpriced (not only the WORST quality). Yesterday I got a new fake invoice for the amount already paid.
P.S. Please stop to send fake invoices for €7.52 - for each invoice I will write a negative report here.

The customer service is terrible that I ever use .
Call and waiting over 20 minutes , altitude is so bad .
I ordered a pallet cardboard and they can not find us , they would charge storage for it . Is it my fault ? We open Monday - Friday 9 - 5 , full address and tel provided .

Daher wurden Sie gegeben sich mit der ausliefernden Spedition in Verbindung zu setzen, um einen Zustelltermin abzustimmen. Dass Sie hierbei in der Warteschleife warten mussten, tut uns leid.
