I ordered one product, and received another. Despite having an invoice with the product I required & ordered, the sales representative was unable to help me, and produced a new invoice claiming I ordered the product I received. A disappointing experience.

irresponsible and not trustable
I bought cartons from this shop for a few times in the past, therefore, I trusted this shop and decided to buy 200 cartons. However, I was shocked when I received cartons. The quality of these cartons is different from the past. The cartons are thinner and softer and not good packed. I wrote email to this company to tell the truth. And I also sent the different quality cartons to this company according their requirement. Their answer is: "the material came from another supplier of raw materials, it is still meet the standard. "
This is really Irresponsible. Now I can not use these cartons for international sending.

Products and website look good, The supply is unreliable.
The products look good, the website works great. Though, before ordering it says delivery in 1-3 working days. After making the order I got an email saying 10 days. That's not great. Delays in supplying packaging mean delays further in the chain. The website should be updated with the delivery time information.
