Needs a clean!

Went to Weston super mare branch. Food was excellent, but the state of the toilets was unbelievable. No toilet roll in any toilet but empty rolls all over, toilet seats stained yellow and toilet bowl looked like not been cleaned in god knows how long

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, rude management. We visited here for me neices birthday as a large family group, the birthday girl should receive cake or milkshake for birthday, when asked at the till rudly was asked for ID for a 9 year old!! Managment stafff were rude, when asked if they had a candle for the birthday girl, intially said no bring your own then suddenly they found one, never again will I visit kaspas. There customer services are just as bad, email sent to complaint no apology given.

Very disappointed one vegan option…

Very disappointed one vegan option strawberry sorbet come on guys! It's really not hard smaller chains have much better option unfortunately than kaspas 😏

UNACCEPTABLE

Hello,
I have been here before as one of my close mates, he who must not be named, has worked there in the past. He has been telling me experiences which every worker must not experience. Jeez, I wouldn't even wished this type of behaviour on my worst enemy!
He has told me that because he is a different race to his other colleagues, they would usually refer him to different racial insults instead of his name.
He has also told me when they make banana split, the other colleagues would usually set banana peels on the floor as traps on my friend and he would usually full over and was sent to the hospital and had a concussion.
I find it awful to hear as I would not want any of my colleagues to suffer from this racial abuse.
As the youth would say: Free up my brudda, Free up my cuz, he did nuttin wrong g!

Kaspas Crewe

Kaspas Crewe, ordered from their menu, Strawberry and Cream Crepe. Uber eats delivered a very soggy crepe with sliced strawberries and syrup but no whipped cream. I rang Kaspas Crewe to ask why there was no whipped cream as it stated on their website and they said it was our fault for not selecting it as an extra at £1.65, Will never order from them again. No refund was given, they didn't want to know.

Just shocking

Just shocking . Took them two
Hours to deliver , And the waffle was chewy , wrong cream also .
When I complained to them , over the course of a week I spoke to four different people all telling me different things , in tbe emd they basically said it’s not me our fault it’s just eats fault , just eat are blaming them . So the customer gets screwed again . Won’t be using them again , just eat or Kaspas

Ignorant staff

Colchester branch. Avoid this place! Our first time visiting. It will be the last, that's for sure!
The place wasn't busy, so why take over 20 minutes for our order to arrive: and not all at the same time.
Staff have no manners. "Thank you" would've been nice.
Toilets are absolutely disgusting 🤢 no hand soap either. When I asked a member of staff for soap. He looked at me in shock and just walked away.
Not a pleasant experience.

BRIGHTON , GOT 1 STAR AS I COULD NOT GIVE A NIL OR A MINUS , daughter and her friend placed a 40 pound order for collection at 19.30 arrived at 19.25 got theirs at 20.30 no reason given for the delay no sorry , but people who ordered after them were served before them , 2 customers even came back as they given the wrong items and still were dealt with before them ,

SNAIL IN MY CREPE

There a snail in my Crepe( in the strawberries( there was also leaves where they clearly wasn’t washed. The crepe was also like a flip flop - dry.

I'll never go back

Only gave 1 star as I couldn't give a zero! Waited to be seated, shown to table and then the waiter disappeared, all without saying a word. Sat for 10 min with no service so I went in search of staff only to be told that we had to come up to the counter and order ourselves. When I pointed out that it would have been good to be told this all I got was a shrug. I ordered and paid for 2 deserts and 2 coffees and went and sat down again. 15 mins later our deserts arrived which, to be fair, were good but no coffee. My husband can't eat without a drink so we sat and waited, and waited, and waited and 15 mins later our coffee arrived by which time both our deserts were cold. The coffee was awful and had we not paid already I would have walked out at this point. Throughout all this no one spoke to us or asked if everything was ok, appalling service. I'll never go back again

Not allowed to use the loo without paying at least 2.75

I needed the toilet badly after a 2 hour bus journey and so went into kaspas and got harassed for not being a customer, I explained politely that I needed the toilet so bad I was about to wet myself and they made me queue up to buy something. I wasn’t even sure I had enough money because their prices are extortionate. I finally got the key to the bathroom and they were in a state. I got my small pot of ice cream, and it was absolutely disgusting. I will not be going back here, even for the loo. They’re lucky I didn’t relive myself on their floor and leave.

Ordered food

Ordered food, 2 pancakes with sauce and cream.
The cream had separated, a few lumps and the rest was just like milk.
No sauce and tge pancakes were stone cold.
Tried to call Kaspas in a total of 16 times, so far and no answer.
Will not be buying from them again and will stick to sundaes gelato instead.

the first time i went to the store to…

the first time i went to the store to order something,i ordered a waffle and i ended up getting food poisoning and couldnt stop being sick,because of this i ended up passing out multiple times.

We sit down they left the menu in 10…

We sit down they left the menu in 10 minutes we ask a guy behind the bar to take the order he said someone is coming to you but nobody came in the next 10 minutes. They had plenty of staff but nobody do the job properly. The toilets were very dirty full of dust. The cutlery were dirty as well.

Staff were very rude and kept giving…

Staff were very rude and kept giving us dirty looks every time they walked past, felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to eat infornt of them becsue they kept staring, hardly had any of the milkshakes in that we was asking for. Do not recommend

Terrible customer service and manager was rude and a bully

The attitude and service received at the hands of one of your managers 8/09/22 at 20.00 his name is "rob" he got my order wrong I asked for a mango mania sundaee and he gave me a mango smoothie I went over to explain the mistake and he said there was no mistake that's a mango mania, he the admitted his mistake after a small argument, he the tried to charge me for both items I explained that in good service he should probably just exchange the item he did not like this and become very rude saying if your refusing to pay you can leave I said iam not refusing I just think I've waited all ready for my order now I will have to wait again and be charged for the inconvenience, he said I will be 2 mins go and sit down and put a timer on very rudely, I could not believe the way I was being spoken to it was absolutely disgusting I've never had such an experience in my life, rude bully
