If I can give no stars at all I will.
shitty app, the UI UX looks very professional, which tricks you to think that it's a professional app.
the customer support are responsive, but they're generic and doing copy-paste replies feels like bots.

and the thing that makes take the decision of making this review is, I sent 2$ to my account as a test in the notification shows that I received the ammount in the bank account and it won't show up on my ballance when i reached out for the support and asked them that they said "you've to send more than 2$ to update your ballance.
that's bullshit and a total scam, because i used to use wise and payoneer, even if you send 0,50$ to your account it will appear and you'll receive it in your ballance.

Dreadful service. Was billed without authorisation. Cannot get a refund and no way to contact them.

I've been emailing them for 2 weeks trying to cancel. Their website has no login, and I've tried to download the app because their website said I could delete it that way. But the app says it's not available because it only works on old versions of Android which makes no sense. It should still work. I even pulled out my old crappy phone and it said the same thing. They won't respond to my emails and they have been charging my card every month. Stay away from this app

I purchased a basin from Kast 18 months ago. Within months of its arrival, it scuffed and stained easily, despite me sealing it with wax. It also has a massive chip in the middle of the sink which looks like dirt. I inquired about it with Kast customer services and they were of no help. They explained that the sink will naturally have 'bug holes' which occur and change over time.

Whilst the sinks look aesthetically pleasing, that's all they are. Have paid in the thousands for a basin to look scuffed and dirty within months. And don't count on any help from their cusomer service. Never again!

As I renovate a number of properties, I can recommend Lusso and the London Basin Co. Their basins are far superior, and so is their customer service.

So , i was trying to test the website with the 1 day free trial offer they had , instead of getting my 1 day free trial i got charged for a full year , contacted support and im still waiting for an answer after 5 days .
Also their app sucks dont use it worst quality product ever, sound doesnt sync image doesnt show…

I spent $4K and I have to replace the sink within 18 months. The plastic coating started to peal due to all thinks water build up. It's a sink!!! They are really pretty sinks when you first install. Therefore, unless you have a designer bathroom that you rarely use, don't go with Kast.

What was once a great service has now been replaced but newer and better sites.

Charged annual sub months after service was cancelled, without email reminder or receipt. Took two weeks to respond, still waiting on refund.

Went paid and can't even be considered an alternative for rabbit anymore. Even when it was free it was incredibly bad and suffered from a number of issues.

So, let me get this straight. They buy rabb.it, then proceed to completely take it down, only to replace it with a significantly worse experience?

At this point, fortunately, Discord has managed to make casting much more manageable (and more reliable). Which is why my watch party and I have decided to use that medium exclusively for the same purposes as Kast.

You should've kept at least rabb.it's code intact. Your product sucks. Half the time streams either lag or completely freeze for someone in my watch party. On top of that you add ads? Why even bother.

Kast is OK for what it is, but is entirely blind to community feedback and criticism. They are afraid to implement systems that we are seeing successfully by competing products, and opt to alienate the former rabb.it userbase (as well as new users finding the old domain and being forwarded)

It's funny to look some of the names of people who left reviews here up on Linkedin: pretty much all of the 5 star reviews here are from Evasyst / Kast employees or 1st degree connections. They are trying to pull the wool over your eyes by manipulating the ratings on Trustpilot to save face instead of taking the community criticism. Quite embarrassing.

Every update seems to break it even more.
I am sorry but I can't believe that it takes so much time to fix very basic issues. It takes some nerve to even offer premium paid services with the way it is now.
I would never consider paying for this garbage service.
People that give it five stars must be fake accounts...

Absolutely useless compared to rabb.it. At first I was tolerating the bugs, the laginess, and how difficult it was to navigate because the app was in early development and was promising the rabb.it experience. But now that I need to pay to even share the screen WHILE still dealing with lags and bugs I am never using it again. I think this is the first time I ever write a bad review on anything, that's how much I'm pissed.

I didnt have a problem with Kast like most people, I used it regularly even if it froze up a lot... AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY TURNED OFF SCREEN SHARING UNLESS YOU PAY?!?! THE WHOLE POINT WAS TO STREAM UR SCREEN WATCHING STUFF.. WHY WOULD WE WANT TO WATCH THE LIMITED COLLECTION THEY NOW SHOW WHEN BEFORE YOU COULD SHARE WHATEVER YOU WANTED WITH FRIENDS ETC. went from a bad site to a useless one.

Their support team is one of the most useless support teams I've ever had the displeasure of messaging. I swear they glance over your message, either not comprehending what support you are asking of them or disregarding it entirely. I've messaged them twice and basically their responses were "Use the web version of kast, it has less issues than the downloadable version. Let me know if that helps." The web version isn't really better than the downloadable version. It has limited audio inputs as the host so if you want to type and watch something at the same time, which is the point of hosting a party, the people watching the party will hear the clack of your keyboard over the sound of what you're watching. Video quality is poor, there's severe lagging issues, and in my experience, in the case of the person watching the party the screen sometimes blacks out but the audio plays or the image on the screen freezes for a few seconds while the audio plays. It's like you have to fill in the blanks for the show or movie you're watching together with someone which is not a pleasurable experience. I wish rabb.it still existed and kast is absolutely not a suitable replacement for it. Kast is a terrible service and has unhelpful support as well.

Before Kast.live was ever a thing, there was Rabb.it.
A much better place for online friends to watch movies together.
Kast freezes up any chance it gets. On movies, on ads.
Even the quality of Kast goes blurry after a while of watching movies. I have Kast's app on my laptop, and I thought going to the website would help it not freeze up so much. I was wrong.
I rate Kast 1 star for trying, bring back Rabb.it obviously it was in better shape than this.

In first place, the application is almost 500 MB and it barely works for something; the streaming option doesn't work, the share screen neither, 90% of the time it is bugged and/or black screen.

I can't believe these guys bought and shutdown rabb.it just to give us this worthless without a browser service.

Edit: I suppose it is because they can't compete because the fkn service is garbage in every sense
