it SUCKS, my poor laptop can't even run it without shitting itself please bring back rabbit

One of the most god awful applications I have ever had the displeasure of using. My boyfriend and I used to use Rabbit and it was phenomenal, we got to watch anything with their virtual machine. It ran perfectly aside from a few bugs here and there, but nothing like the pile of dog crap we have now, Kast. Kast is so incredibly laggy and the video sharing is terrible. The voice chat echoes and it's the only thing you can use while screen casting as other voice chat applications don't work. Kast is like if you took Discord, smothered it in juice from the bottom of a garbage can, ate it, and then puked it back up. Not worth anyones time to even consider downloading. You guys messed this up baaad. Bring back Rabbit. Or have your app fail miserably. Looks like you've already got a head start on that one!

I'm so upset I like to watch everything with my friends and have good time and they ruined it by destorying rabb.it now I Discord screen share and netflix party extension or sometimes we just play it when countdown.

Me and my friends mostly like to watch movies together, so we used to use rabb.it, it allowed us watch movies easily. But with Kast, we cannot use other communication apps like Discord or Teamspeak, we have to be forced to use their voice chat service, and not only that! Most features are highly buggy and unusable, screen casting to chrome is impossible. Please bring back rabb.it.

They discontinued a perfectly functional Rabbit with a buggy, unfinished software that doesn't work half the time, and when it does it still doesn't have any features that would make it worth using.

You literally can't have a voice chat when you're watching something together, because it will end up having an endless feedback. And their page says "Well just use the chat?"

Garbage software. Bring back rabbit.

Doesn't work at it's intended to. Hard to use, and garbage compared to Rabb.it I hope they bring Rabb.it back. Because Kast is the biggest piece of junk, Rabb.it was so easy to use, and now they changed it out for something that can't even hardly be used by so many people. Fuucking trash! Deleted and uninstalled.

This is absolute garbage. i just want to watch hentai with the homies and i can't join the stupid parties and even if it does work somehow, we cant hear each other or the audio. Bring back rabbit or else. VERY UPSET!!!!!!! Also i cant even see my own profile picture but everyone can which is stupid. I wish on the website it had a fake download button which gave me 20 virsuses instead of this trash.

KAST makes zero sense. Rabb.it was perfect cause you could see the other person and watch a movie together, and it was definitely perfect for our situation because I'm in the military and I can't physically watch movies with my SO. So this is really unfortunate that KAST doesn't even have the same features. Plus It's very difficult to use and not worth the headache.

This is a terrible app compared to Rabbit. I wish they didn't change it. You have to download another app to use along with Kast if you don't want audio feedback from Discord. It's literally a shittier version of Discord. I'd rather have Rabbit back since it was the only thing that worked. Sadly I doubt that will happen.

Give us back our Rabbit!!!

While trying to get the program to work, we couldn't get a video playing without having to change audio settings. As I went to change the audio settings, it broke the video settings(Which aren't inherent on the program, apparently) When having the audio settings set the way their support FAQs say it should be set up, it kicks me out of the Kasting section and I just sit there unable to do anything unless I reset audio settings and I end up back where I started.
I can't change my Online, Away, Offline status and is always on Offline, which makes adding friends that much harder to work around with.
On the topic of cosmetics, clearly a rip off of Discord and doing it really poorly(I understand the 'if it works, don't fix it' spiel, but don't work off something if you can't execute it properly.
The reason Rabb.it worked was because its Audio worked as intended, the video quality wasn't poor, adding people to the group wasn't a headache to begin with.
Overall, fix your program, make it work, if it requires me to change settings on my PC to make it work, there's a problem on your end that should've been fixed yesterday. If you can't fix it, put rabb.it back up and leave it alone

They are the company that took down Rabbit, which used to be good for watching an assortment of videos with friends. This new program that's given to us to fill the void, Kast, is nothing near what the consumers want. As an example, my friend and I were trying to watch a video together on this new Kast program while talking to each other over Discord; however, that didn't work, at all. There was a massive echo for the non-caster whenever they tried to watch a video. Of course, we tried to use the built-in voice chat to remedy this issue, but there is no echo cancelation in their own software. Alongside that, you get the option to stop hearing voice chat from all other parties in the server, which can be nice, the problem is that that also completely disables the audio from the video stream you are trying to watch. Due to these factors, it became impossible for us to watch a video together while talking, so for that, I have to leave a poor review. Sorry gamers.

No way to stream video in a browser running on a virtual machine like rabb.it was capable of before being bought and shut down by kast.gg. The fact a client has to be downloaded and installed when rabb.it was capable of running in browser is also inexcusable.

Absolute garbage.
It won't share sound, 90% of the time when trying to update the name/picture/banner/description of my groups, it'll give me an error message with no reason given.
Video quality is stupidly low.
Clearly trying to rip off Discord's design and doing a terrible job.
